Good quality and good price

Before I Knew about Wiggle, I usually buy cycle wear and equipment in Japanese shops. These were tend to be price high (of course the quality was always good).
One day, one of my friend who used to live oversea recommended me wiggle. At first, I was so nervous to use foreign mail order, but the contents and price was very attractive.
So I made my mind to purchase some wears and others.
After waiting about 2weeks, those were arrived, and I was so surprised the quality. Wear is comfortable, cool, and fit for me.

So now, it is very fun time to watch wiggle website and choose other items.

price is very attractive logistics should be improved

price is very attractive. the bike I bought is perfectly conditioned and prepared. Unsatisfactory part is logistics. I could not understood why tax bureau kept the bike more than ten days. Also wiggle japan did not voluntarily track the situation. After my request to wiggle japan, the bike was immediately dispatched from tax inspection. I am perfectly satisfied with the purchased product. However the logistics should be improved for customer satisfaction.

Japanese notation in shipping site is also very easy to understand. The interaction with the operator in chat is also smooth and kind.

Cheap, quick, and reliable

Cheaper than domestic shop even though it made by Japanese company. Quick shipment and reliable correspondence of returned goods. There are lots of Japanese customer who use Wiggle.
