I ordered three times in one week. The last one was delivered within a few working days. But the other two still haven't been delivered. It has been four weeks now. They are investigating it now at the 'Lost in Post' devision, but I haven't heard anything so far. I sent an email to the dutch Wiggle address, but they responded with a very short email. The two packages are lost in some way I think. After four weeks I don't expect they will ever be delivered. Even if they were hold at customs, they should have been there by now. And I could not think of a reason why they would be held at customs. It is really weird that two packages get lost.
I ordered the same products twice, because the day after I ordered, all the products had an extra 10% discount. So I wanted to return the first order. Now I haven't had either of them yet but I did pay for it with my creditcard.
I don't want any apologies from Wiggle, which aren't even meant. They send the same response to everyone. People don't want to have apologies. They just want there products to be delivered and be informed about the delivery. It s very simple. They want to make money and I want to get my stuff. So don't send me your apologies, but rather send me the order.
They also didn't tell me how long it will take for the 'Lost in Post' to investigate where my packages are. I'm training for a marathon so I really need the stuff I ordered. It would be nice if they would give some more information by email about the investigation.
Even if they send it again I will have it next week probably. Then it will be five weeks since I ordered it.
I have read it several times from other people that packages get lost. Maybe it would be wise to change the company they use to send packages and always use track and trace. In the Netherlands it is quite normal if you order something on the internet it will be sent with a tracking code and you don't have to pay anything extra for that service.
I'm not saying you should not order something at Wiggle, because I think it is a very good company with really good prices. Only it can go wrong with the delivery. It probably goes fine in most cases.

Great shop, selection and customer service but shipping may take some time
Wiggle has a great selection of quality items for cycling, and at irresistable prices on sale. They even offer free shipping on selected items or over x Euros, but in my case the mail services of the UK and Netherlands took delivery at their leisure (15 working days). Wiggle's customer service was very fast, responsive and helpful, and offered good solutions, which in the end I did not need to use.
I highly recommend Wiggle knowing now that even when things go unexpected, they take reasponsibility and action. To the caption, add trustworthy.

Great website and assortment at very good prices. The ease of ordering is great, and you get a nice follow up on the status of your order. The range of products is wide; as a swimmer I can find a lot of training aids at very good prices, a wide choice on swim cloths, swim goggles but also sports drinks and food. The website is good and it's very easy to navigate. I will definately order again at Wiggle!
Only the shipping is not consistent in speed, but that's not the fault of Wiggle. (I ordered on Sunday afternoon swim gear and instant cool packs for medical use with track & trace. Monday early (04.49!) morning I received an e-mail of Wiggle that my order was prepared and ready to be picked up. Unfortunately it took DHL till Wednesday late afternoon to deliver this. I once received an order of Wiggle without track & trace or priority also on 3 days)
better late than never
pity it took just 4 and a half months to deliver my order
