I'm ordering here again and again

Even the free delivery is reasonably quick, and has always arrived up to now. The product descriptions could be a little bit more comprehensive at times, but nothing big (bought a non-compatible cassette)

Excellent webshop

I have ordered products from Wiggle for years now. The webshop is excellent and delivery is also very good. I do not have aftersales experience but I assume it is also excellent. Highly recommended, especially for clothing and shoes (pricewise). For bike parts I would suggest to look at some German or Dutch webshops too.

Perfect service

I ordered with express shipment, but received the order 5 days later as expected. Don't know whose to blame, but after i contacted Wiggle i was given the choice to get a refund or a voucher for the cost charged for the express shipment. That's what i call good service. In the future i will surely order with them again.

Slow delivery and no customer service

My order took 23 days to arrive! I contact wiggle several time 12 days after placing the order. The answers are incorrect, they do not answer all questions in the e-mail or even replay that they cannot answer in my language. They do not take responsibility at all. The first order they cuttle you by delivering via DHL, but after that you have to pay extra (12 or 13 euro) for priority delivery (and gone is your profit). I advice you to leave it with one order and go to another webshop. I now order from bike24. They are a little more expensive, but have a large collection and deliver within two days!

The answer of Wiggle is hilarious! Off course I received the e-mail about answering Dutch e-mails after 4 December. All did who had problems with their delivery! Wiggle did not explain about the 15 days and their sole responsibility of reporting (what ever that may be) , they never come to me with a solution of the problem (I never reported that I received the order in the meanwhile) and I had to request them to answer my question more than three times (never received the answer by the way). An why is Wiggle answering this review in Dutch? Did they finally have Dutch resource to reply? They should be ashamed to sell 24/7 on the Dutch market, but deliver support in the Dutch language when they feel like it. No more Wiggle for me.

Wij hebben u laten weten dat we tijdelijk geen e-mails in het Engels konden beantwoorden en u laten weten dat u woensdag 4 december weer in het Nederlands te woord gestaan zou worden wanneer u een e-mail stuurt.

Onze verantwoordelijkheid bestaat uit het rapporteren van een pakket wanneer deze na 15 werkdagen nog niet bij de klant is bezorgd. Daarna zoeken wij naar een passende oplossing. Dit alles wordt u duidelijk in onze e-mails verteld en wij verzoeken u dan ook vriendelijk om deze volledig door te lezen of een e-mail te sturen met de vraag om meer uitleg indien enkele zaken u nog onduidelijk zijn.

Wanneer een bestelling gratis wordt verzonden maken wij altijd gebruik van Royal Mail TENZIJ een pakket een bepaalde omvang of waarde heeft en dan kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van DHL. Deze beslissing wordt in het magazijn genomen bij verwerking van een bestelling. Wij hebben u eerder al de link naar onze hulppagina's over de verzending en levering van pakketten op onze website gestuurd. Wilt u dat een bestelling zeker met track & trace verzonden wordt, dan betaalt u inderdaad verzendkosten om een pakket snel en met volgnummer vanuit Engeland naar Nederland of België op te laten sturen.

We can write in English or Dutchm whichever you prefer. We informed you via email (and this is the email that you quote) that unfortunately our Dutch customer service rep would not be able to reply to emails due to absence. This only spanned a period of 4 working days, after which any Dutch email would be answered in Dutch.

We naturally assume responsibility when a parcel does not arrive after 15 working days. English emails regarding the lateness of your parcel should have been answered by our English representatives (we are an English web shop after all), any Dutch emails in the inbox would be answered in Dutch - as will any new emails after. If you have not received any of our emails, we kindly ask you to check your junk inbox or add Wiggle's email address to your list of safe contacts.

No delivery!

Placed an order the 19th of november. Still received nothing yet and still waiting for a reply on my email. Not satisfied and last order as wel.
