Came for new tyres, which were fine and good value. Unfortunately the tracking of the car wasn't. I came back three times to have it corrected, and each time it was progressively worse. Eventually I w... See more

Marcus from motosave castleford close to esso filing station was simply amazing helped with out in fixing my bulb in my car, was very helpful and friendly too. pleaseeee give him a raise. Dean as well was good.
I took my car into the Rochdale branch last Friday for a wheel bearing to be replaced. The manager dave had a hell of a job as as what should have been a 2/3 hr job turned out to be all day. He went above and beyond in making sure my car was fixed. It's very refreshing to see staff put the customer first. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.
having booked my vehicle in at 9am for front pads fitting they had me waiting 35 minutes before my car was even put on the ramp. then another thirty minutes later i'm told "we have a problem " the problem turned out to be that they did not have the correct tool to remove the callipers! Remember my car was booked in they entered my reg in the computer to get the details for the pads! and they LITERALLY DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE JOB! avoid motorsave at all costs. the manager was then funny with me, because i made a comment to the mechanic, which was "it's ok mate it's my fault" to which he replied "why?" i said " i shouldn’t have brought my car here" which was a statement of fact. had i taken my car to a main dealer they would have had the correct tools for the job. very poor service from the manager. so that was a complete ete waste of 2 hours.
I went in for my tyre to be repaired as I got a nail in it even thou the screw wasn't near the wall of the tyre it can't be fixed as they had already took my tyre of my car they said I needed a new one and there is nothing they could do they had to put a new tyre on when I got the bill it cost me over 100 pound for something that should of cost 20 tops don't recommend anyone go for tyre repair they screw you over big time avoid this place in hunslet
I want to yet again say a heartfelt thank you to the guys
you are so good to me
I have issue with brakes fitted just over month ago.
I reported huge sign of rust on brake discs .When I come to garage they don't want to remove and clean to avoid rust come back again.
They told me as this is normal with rust on brake discs .This is not the best experience with this garage.
Also ,mechanic damage one item from my audi boot and don't bother to sort this out.
When I speak with manager Richard he told me is only one way to sort out.I need paint brake discs witch is ridiculous.
Listen this. When you purchase brake disc from Wilco Motosave you have to remember ,brake will gone rusty and you will need paint to avoid damages.

Motosave is great for that small or large item needed to fix your car.
Iv used motosave for years and always had fantastic service.
Walking into the york store on Saturday I was greeted with a smile and a good morning, needing something from the accessories I walked further down the store and I was greeted again by a young man who went over and above to help me, the elephant in the room was the manager OMG what a sour faced individual, he had no social skills and his approach to his new employee and myself was dreadful, make some drastic changes and give the new starter a chance of managing that shop
Taken my Jaguar XE to the Gainsborough branch to have disc and pads fitted on both front and back. Extremely friendly staff during a busy time over Christmas, i am glad I used this garage as I will happily be using them again as I normally only use a Jaguar specialist.
Thanks Wilco Gainsborough team!
Always take my car to Castleford branch for my free winter check. Genuine guys who don't tell you that something needs doing just to make money (like some) but equally will do a good price if something needs doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Lads at Grimsby branch helped me out yesterday I had been to Kwik Fit and they said they was too busy to help me with a puncture.
Lads at wilco sorted my puncture removed the screw and saved me from calling AA to tow me home
i been booked today for 2 tyres change on the wilco wilthorpe road Barnsley ,well arrived on time and i let the car ,so after 20 minutes doing pretty much nothing on my car this team i meant 4 people ,i see a food car with burgers and other things comming ,so all team and with the branch manager waitting on queque to buy food ,and then all of them take a break to eat ,so me i,ve asking how is possible something like that no one in this branch to work i ask what is going on ?and tafter that they back to work and mount my tyres in 10 minutes,i never seen something like that before ,really disrespectfull for the customers ,and really unprofesional , i change a lots of tyres but i never seen something like that, anyway never again
Took my car to Hunslet branch. The man on reception greeted me with hello then proceeded to tell me off ! as according to him when I rang at 9 am. He was expecting the car asap , not two hours later. I began to explain that I live at the other side of Leeds. Then gave up trying to explain, as I just wanted my car to be serviced. I then get a call 20 minutes later telling me the price of a full service could be anything from £162 to over £200. If I wanted to pay over £200, I would take my car to a dealership!! He said the spark plugs need changing. My car has not yet done 20,000 miles so the spark plugs could wait a while longer, in my opinion. I really just wanted the £79.99 service with the price including oil change. At this point I asked if they had started on my car. He said no. Then I said stop ! I am coming back to the branch, and I will collect my car. I took my car elsewhere the same day, and had a service done without any hassle. Never again will I visit this branch.
*CASTLEFORD BRANCH* TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - DON'T SEND YOUR WIFE / GIRLFRIEND HERE ALONE
Do not use these morons. They are sexist, rude and extremely arrogant for people who fit tyres for a living. They talk to you like you're a piece of crap they scraped off your old tyre!
£350 for two tyres and an interrogation. Scuffed wheels, inappropriate comments and a bad attitude came for free! Go to a proper tyre fitter not these neanderthal rejects.
So when I entered the Castleford store I was greeted by the guy behind the counter who looked at me like I had just released Novichok into the store. "We aren't open" was the words that came from his mouth. It was 08.47 when I called in. I explained I was only asking a question and was asked what it was. I wanted number plates and asked how much they were. He told me then proceeded to say "We have literally just entered the building"
OK I get that, just have a little more customer service in your (lack of) skill. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
If I could give it a minus I would . My grandson saved up for months for a bike . He bought one he liked the look of but there’s nowere to try and cycle . He got home and tried it and really didn’t like it . He owned it 10 minutes and took it back to the shop . The shop refused to take the bike back saying it was used ( it was literally tested for 2 mins ) returns policy states 14 day cooling off period and they refuse to honour . Well done on taking and 11 year old boys money he is absolutely gutted
I purchased 2 items and paid. Outside I realised I had been charged wrong from the labelled price(£4.49 more) , I went back to complain. The manager then said it was labelled up wrong, and I said I`ll have it for 6.50 as the lable and not 10.99 as I was charged . He then said I`m taking off sale as I said it was illegal to charge more than the ticketed price. I`ll have my money back and not bother at all then. I`m pretty sure that as I had already paid they should have refunded me £4.49. I wont be shopping here again.
Called into wilco at Swinton for tyre check and wheel alignment check . There was no pressure sales for tyre replacement , a genuine report , tracking adjusted excellent service and price was fantastic .this branch is a credit to your company. Also bought wiper blades whilst I was there.
I have been using the birstall batley branch for over 20 years . Never had a problem , staff have come and gone over the years but this has never affected service. .Pricing is reasonable , usually pretty good at getting booked in often same day unless having to wait for a part . I wont take my car anywhere else not even another wilco.
You'd think a garage that specialises in tyre fitting would know how to do the job. Certainly not at Batley.
2 tyres fitted through Asda Tyres and wheels refitted back on the car.
I don't trust so-called tyre fitters when it comes to using a torque wrench. So I decided to check the wheel torque tightening. The VW value for my car is 120nm.
The wheel torque was so high I could not undo a wheel bolt. I then used a 3 foot strong bar but no go. I then jumped on the bar to finally hear a crack as the seriously overtightened bolt started to undo.
The alloys are lightweight diamond cut and whether damaged or not I can't tell until they are removed. Asda Tyres sorting it out.
Advice: if you want your wheels fitted correctly go somewhere else.
