Don’t waste your money.

I ordered several items in October including some underwear. Unfortunately, the first time I wore the pants, my thumb went through the material. I contacted Wilde Mode on instagram and they apologised and said they’d replace them.
After a month, I messaged to see if they’d been shipped and was told they were out of purple material so I suggested they send black instead to try and make things easier for them.
I was told she wasn’t in the office but wasn’t given a solution.
I left it another 2 weeks and chased it up again asking if they’d sent the replacement as I’d seen they had purple in stock on their website.
I received a response that simply said “No.”
I’ve since requested a refund which has been ignored so I requested a return through the website which has been declined.

For expensive items, I’m very disappointed in their customer service. There’s no wonder they’re not making as many sales if this is how they treat customers.

EDIT: Reply to seller: you’ve responded to this review but STILL have not replaced the pants despite having my address. The purple material was in stock and I already said I’d be happy to have a different colour. Perhaps instead of giving free pants away, you could just fulfil your own policies?
You’ve gone to a lot of effort to reply here but all you needed to do was send the replacement instead of completely ignoring my request.

The damage happened when I pulled the pants down. Clearly that’s a manufacturing issue because none of my other pants purchased from you did this. Just this pair.
You offered the replacement, I accepted. You then chose not to fulfil that offer. That’s on you, not me.
If only your customer service skills were as good as your begging skills.
Don’t bother responding again.

Update: 10th May 2026.
I see Wilde Mode has now “rebranded” which is why they’re now trying to challenge negative reviews by asking for more information to “verify” my experience.
I still have my order details, emails and messages to Designs by Debz on my phone. I think I’m going to have to report this company to trustpilot as she repeatedly lies instead of taking responsibility for her sub par products.
But I guess trying to be underhand and sneaky is what this company does best so I’m not surprised she’s trying to invalidate negative reviews.
New name maybe but same old rubbish.

Thank you for updating your review. However, a number of statements being made are inaccurate and misleading, and we feel it is important to clarify the situation factually.

This matter relates to Wilde Mode, a previous business entity, not Designed by Debz. The current business has repeatedly requested verification details because Trustpilot reviews are required to relate to the correct company and transaction history. Requesting verification is a standard and legitimate process, not an attempt to “invalidate” reviews.

You originally reported damage to a single item after wear. As a gesture of goodwill, a replacement was offered despite the item having already been worn and despite the cause of damage not being independently verifiable. At no point was this an admission of a manufacturing fault.

There were delays regarding fabric availability during a period where Wilde Mode was experiencing operational and staffing difficulties. Communication may not have been as fast as either party would have liked, however it is untrue to state that you were “completely ignored.” Multiple responses were provided throughout the process.

Your review has now escalated beyond dissatisfaction with customer service into personal and defamatory commentary, including remarks regarding “begging skills,” accusations of being “underhand and sneaky,” and implications of dishonesty. These comments are unnecessary, inappropriate, and not reflective of the actual transaction itself.

We fully accept that you were unhappy with the experience. However, publishing exaggerated and damaging claims about intentional deception, rebranding to avoid reviews, or refusing verification requests in bad faith is simply incorrect.

As this matter concerns a former business and historical transaction, we will not be engaging in further public back-and-forth discussion on the review platform.

scratchy seams

I wanted undies which were suitable for skin sensitivities. They advertise comfortable seams, but what I received has very basic overlocked seams (not flat locked or folded seams) with scratchy thread.
The fabric is pretty and soft, and the fit is true to what they advertise.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I do want to clear up a misunderstanding, because the description you’ve given doesn’t match the way Wilde Mode items are made.

All of our underwear is constructed using soft overlocked seams - this is the correct and industry-standard method for high-quality underwear. We don’t use flatlock or folded seams, and we don’t advertise those anywhere. Our seams are finished with our signature soft rainbow thread, exactly as shown and described on our website.

What you’ve mentioned doesn’t align with our construction at all, so it sounds like there may be some confusion about what you received. We’re genuinely concerned if something felt scratchy against your skin, because comfort and sensory-friendliness are core to what we do - but the seams you described are not a fault or an issue with the product.

If you’d like us to double-check that the item you have is definitely a Wilde Mode piece, you’re welcome to send over a quick photo, but there’s nothing defective here based on what you’ve described.

Joyfully quirky and gorgeous!

I absolutely love this company and have been shopping with Wilde Mode for a few years now. My drawers and wardrobe pop with gorgeous vibrant bold prints that make me so happy. The inclusive sizing and creativity is phenomenal, always a joy for me when a new print design comes on the website. Having read some of the other reviews I’m driven to remind people that this is slow fashion as opposed to big business fast fashion. So yes there is a wait for your individual product to arrive as instead of factories full of ready made gear my item is being hand made to order. They can be on the expensive side, and there may be some delightful little imperfections but again for anyone who genuinely wants to support small ethical business it’s a no brainer to go with the flow and enjoy all of what that entails. It just means I save up for an item I really want and spend a bit of extra time being excited for it to arrive, and when it does it’s like Christmas in July. We are so used to the immediacy and glossy ‘perfection’ of fast fashion we have lost our sense of the reality of how things are made when we step off the assembly line, that’s my take on it. I 100% support this business, I love the personal approach of the owner and will absolutely continue to buy from them
because they just keep coming up with new ways to keep me excited about their colours patterns textures and designs.

My favourite undies

I've been buying from Wilde Mode for years. I don't know what I'd do without their comfort tops, as a disabled person with large breasts, they enable me to have soft, comfortable support without extra pain. Customer service is always incredible, and the colours and patterns are brilliant.

Wildemode is the most comfortable underwear

Wildemode underwear is the most comfortable and pretty underwear for me. I have replaced all my traditional bras and briefs with theirs. No more itching, pinching, hurting from uncomfortable bras. My bra size varies through my menstrual cycle and Wildemode bras are flexible to accommodate this. The cotton material with a little lycra is amazingly soft on my skin. For that reason I have also purchased Wildemode T-shirts, jumpers, leggings and joggers. They are all well made, come in pretty designs and feel like a hug when wearing. I am very happy with all my purchases.

Don’t waste your money

When the bra arrived, I tried it on straight away and as it fitted well, removed the tag to wear it that day. After 30 minutes it had slid up my back, and after an hour I had to take it off.
As the tag was removed, I was not allowed to send it back.
I used Wilde Mode’s own calculator to work out my size, so I’m a big miffed to have wasted my money on a useless item.

Once tags are removed, we’re unable to accept exchanges, as we can’t resell items that have been worn - but I do appreciate how disappointing that is in your situation. Well made but elasticity loss and loss of support when wearing

The bras are well made and customer service was great, but ultimately they do not work for me. I sized down in the back after reading some reviews where people say the bras slackened during the day, but this still happened and the bras end up being too loose and really unsupportive (I usually wear a HH/J). I definitely couldn't leave the house wearing one with the support I need, but they are fine for lounging at home. Like I say, they are well made, the materials are lovely and soft, and communication was great, they are just not for my shape and size I guess. But maybe not every bra is for everyone 🙂

Larger cup sizes can be especially complex when it comes to wireless styles, and even with sizing down in the band, some people do experience relaxation in the fabric throughout the day. You’re absolutely right - no single bra design works for every body, and I really appreciate how kindly and constructively you’ve shared your experience.

Comfy and gorgeous

My bra arrived today, and it fits perfectly. Gorgeous print. It's as comfortable as advertised and gives really nice support. I find it makes my cleavage a little flat, but it's a soft wireless bra so I didn't expect a huge lift. I got mine made with rainbow adjustable straps. Honestly, it's so comfortable, I'd recommend these bras to everyone. Customer service was fast and helpful too. Well worth the wait for this!

Products seem good, questionable sizing, poor customer service.

First time customer & liked the look of the products. However, due to a skin condition which left some broken, weeping skin, I wasn't able to try on the bra within the 14 day return period, allowing time both for my skin to heal and also ensuring no marks or bacteria were transferred to the bra. When I was eventually in a position to try it on, despite following the size guide carefully, I wasn't even able to pull it over my head/shoulders. I emailed them to explain the situation and ask if they would exchange for a different size, even though I was (only) 6 days over the 14 day returns period. The reply was a flat no, it's a strict policy and they have a sale on and suggested I purchase a different size! I feel this is very poor, inflexible customer service, as I wasn't even looking for a refund, just an exchange for a different size, so they would not be at any monetary loss as they have already been paid. What is even more frustrating is their returns window has now been substantially increased for the Xmas period. If they can do it now, they should have been more flexible a matter of days before this extended period opened. I am now left with an unwearable bra (which, despite being reduced, is still what I consider to be quite expensive) and they have lost a potential new customer, who may have been prepared to purchase further items if the fit was good. As it stands now, I will not shop here again, regardless of any further response due to this review, as they were given an opportunity by email to reconsider their initial response and their one-sentence follow-up reply was just "Thank you for your understanding", which did not address my points and I did not demonstrate any "understanding", as I disagree with their stance! The 2nd star is purely for actually responding to emails within an acceptable timeframe and the bra itself feeling like it would be comfortable (if it fit!).

My tatas have never felt so bravas

My tatas have never felt so bravas. The much anticipated bra arrived this morning and I put it on immediately. The material is a lovely soft cotton and the adjustable straps (they do cost extra) are really comfortable.

Please note that this is a slow fashion brand so it did take a few weeks to arrive, so please bear that in mind when you order. I promise it is worth the wait.

Bra arrived quicker than expected

Bra arrived quicker than expected, on explaining the issues with it becoming looser as wearing it all day. I wasn't offered a refund or option to return just advice that I should order another size with sliders this time. I couldn't be bothered to push or argue as they are small shop and recently received a panicked mass mail from owner about she may have to close. Plus I don't have another £40 for a bra so I'll stick with my old m&s ones and use this one for sleeping or hanging around the house all day.

Just seen the response from Wilde M there was ample time for a reply when I emailed originally. Plus I wouldn't have been able to return the item as I only found out that it doesn't have enough hold to keep me 'in place' all day as it's stretches the longer you wear it.

First time using wilde mode

First time using wilde mode and won't be my last.
Brilliant customer service kept me updated through the whole process. Finally a comfy bra that actually fits properly. The fabric is buttery soft, design very vibrant. The fit is great and the girls sat nicely in it.

Nothing wrong with the products but…

Edit: changed my rating based on their response

Original: Nothing wrong with the products but their customer service is poor (ghosting in communications when I had questions about an order) and I had to unsubscribe from their marketing emails as they were quite hostile in tone. Rather take my money elsewhere.

Added: And their newest reply to this review isn't painting a clear picture. The latest email they're referring to, that I gave not replied to because it's the least genuine "apology" email I've ever seen, is their direct message to me about this specific review. For that I'm changing my review. Don't try to shift the blame onto me when you've ghosted me since August after offering to help. Ignoring me since August, despite several attempts by me to contact you, then only responding after a poor review, shows bad form.

Avoid at all costs if you want decent customer support. I'm really disappointed in this.

Clothes that help me be me

The comfort top is just such an inspired product. For someone that suffers dysphoria around the lack of breasts, it's great to have such great looking options for clothing that fits my chest band size without assuming I also have a large cup size.
I just wish they had a bottoms option that fitted me as well so I could have matching sets!
