I created a WIX site years ago but moved to another provider due to the sluggish designing performance. I tried again as it look like it offers the most amazing CRM but it is slow and sluggish when trying to drag and drop items. It is just SO frustrating that I will not be using it again!

The wix website was difficult for me to navigate and I accidentally ordered the same website twice (at $222 each). Besides the fact that it is impossible
to reach a live customer service rep, I asked for a refund and because it was outside the 14 day period, they refused to reimburse me for one of the websites. The worst! Thumbs decidedly down! They requested additional information but there is no way to respond to the request. For a website app they should have a better website!

Israeli company that doesn't value customer loyalty. Extortionate price hikes and unauthorised renewals. Nope.

I love my Wix website. It allows me to do everything a big business would do. It helps me keep up with social media posts automatically-I just tweak because I’m that way. I can send a quote and request a deposit. Create and send invoices. I’ve got a point of sale that I can use with tap and pay on my phone or the separate card reader. It allows me to customize everything. I find something new every time I’m on there. As a one woman custom embroidery shop, presenting my business professional my is important to me and Wix made it happen!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. On hold for an hour an agent connects, doesn't say anything, then disconnects the session. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and connected again only to have them start the convo and then ghost.

After much research in website providers that support non-technical, new businesses that are on a limited budget and timeframe - WIX was by far the better choice.

The main factor was the fact that you could design your own website your way, but also be guided by pre-defined templates if you so needed.

The online support and customer service via the online chat is very effective, once you establish that you want to speak with an agent and not an AI Bot. Sometimes you need a human guidance.

It takes time to get used to the menu system and how things are laid out. I found it helpful for me to document how the site was being built and why. This helped me going forward to remember why I did something the way I did.

Areas of uplift that I look forward to seeing from Wix - easier customer service access in those moments something isn't working and you want it fixed quickly. Better ways to use plain language and not technical terms. At times it is a challenge to search for something if you don't know the right term it is saved under.

It's taken a while, and that is mostly down to me. I've had a WIX website for a few years now, and as I get to know it properly it just gets better and better. I am not a very 'techie' person so it is quite a triumph that I now have a fully functioning, professional looking website put together by me without employing a web designer and growing from strength to strength every day.

They have put me on recurring payment for my subscription and have made it impossible to Cancell. I have tried through their site, asked for a call, used their chat bot, but they intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel. Run away from this company!

I have tried many SAP system providers, this site is the one that exceeded my expectation, very fast system (I'm based in Europe), all functionalities I needed are active and with Best practice data, and the support is excellent. I kept my subscription running and my test data are there after multiple system upgrades.
Excelent service.

A little expensive, but I tried the basic service. I am not sure I will continue, but I will give it another month just in case. Hopefully customer service can help.

This website is so helpful to help me build a website page from scratch. Just using an AI prompt and then I fixed it by myself easily because the interface is all user friendly.

From the very first moment I‘d loved being at WiX. It‘s so easy to handle even for someone not very skilled in technics. A lot of great and free pictures are available to complete and underline the written words. Thanks to my web designer who got me into WiX.

I have a couple of issues with WIX. I have been here almost three years, and it seems like they are always looking for you to upgrade instead of being user-friendly. I have over 200 posts in my blog and about 50 scheduled. I am now getting a tag limit error. I can only have 4000 tags with my blog unless I upgrade. So it is either upgrade or remove tags.

Another issue I have is that the AI here is terrible. I have taken some AI classes, and when you “type do not include tips, nearby, or planning”, these are not included in a generated post. WIX AI ignores this feature and still includes them. Some of the AI-generated posts are not even what I asked for.

DO NOT edit pictures in WIX. It makes three copies, and if you do not delete the other two, you are wasting space.

There are a lot of people here claiming to be WIX contractors. This is incorrect; do not believe them. When I first started my blog, I asked WIX for help. I received replies from about five people and ended up using one to help with some of my issues. $3000 later, I was told the issues were fixed, but they weren’t, so I was scammed out of $3000. A couple of months later, I hired another person who claimed to be from WIX and paid them $2000 to help with performance issues on my site. I was informed they were done, but according to Dib, they didn’t fix anything. If WIX wants to fix this issue, they need to have people with WIX email addresses, not Gmail accounts. Beware of scams from people claiming they are contracted with WIX and have a Gmail account for an email.

Wix has been a great platform for building and growing my website. It’s easy to use, even for someone without advanced technical skills, and it gives a professional look to any business. The drag-and-drop builder makes updates simple, and there are plenty of features to help manage bookings, forms, payments, and SEO.

What I like most is how quickly I was able to get my site live and start attracting customers. The templates are modern, support is helpful, and everything is in one place. Overall, Wix has helped me create a trustworthy online presence and grow my business. Highly recommended for anyone starting a website or looking to upgrade their current one.

My experience with Wix, particularly their Google Workspace email setup, was extremely frustrating.
The service felt unnecessarily complicated from the start. What should have been a simple process—setting up a professional email—quickly became confusing and difficult to manage. Within minutes, it was clear the system wasn’t working smoothly, and it didn’t meet expectations.
What stood out most was how the Google business email is heavily pushed during setup, but the cancellation process is far less transparent. Trying to cancel and understand the refund policy added to the frustration, and the overall experience felt far from user-friendly.
I’m glad I didn’t commit to a longer-term plan, as that would have made things even more difficult.
Based on this experience, I would recommend caution—particularly when it comes to add-on services like Google Workspace through Wix. If you’re considering a professional email, it may be worth exploring setting it up directly rather than through a third party. I will have to go throught my bank to get my money bank.

Wix has made the growth and overall ease of access to our gym so much better. It couldn't have been any easier using their website builder and service management. Creating membership plans and offering different services is my favorite part, they some how made it so simple and give the relief of stress that I don't have to jump through hoops to do something simple like give a free trial.

This website is absolutely garbage. All I was trying to do was upload a few files and images for a project for school. Sounds simple right? No, actually not in the slightest, the website would rather do anything in it's power to gaslight you into spending money that you don't need to spend. It complicates the entire process of creating a website by making you pay for a domain and if you don't then you can't continue creating a website, which completely defeats the purpose of the fact that they say the site is free. Yes it is free, if you just want to click the link and look at the dashboard, but if you actually want to accomplish anything you have to give them your credit card information. I just spent 24 dollars on absoluteuly nothing and am cancelling it immediately. Fix your sight, no one wants to spend money and you guys know that, stop frustrating your customers like this, I really wish this wesbite didn't exist.

Vile company. Think they are above UK law. They renew a 12 month subscription by taking a payment 30 days before it’s even finished. And there’s definitely something sneaky going on with “auto renewals” miraculously getting turned back on. Uk law says digital online subscriptions have a 14 day refund policy to combat hidden/ill informed renewals- Wix hide small print in your terms to try and shy away from this. I’ll be getting a bank chargeback to get my money back. This Israeli company is disgusting and I’ll never use them again.
