Simply scam company
Simply scam company, charing customers without even showing properly the final price with VAT and in case of any problem, they try not just send you even legal refunds. Beware from this company, this is second attempt to simply not even do things which they have even described in their terms and conditions.
Anything what even is done by Wondershare I try to avoid at all cost, because it is even broken, customer support is nonexistent as their only intention is to take your money for all cost event if their service is garbage :-D

This is the worst company I've ever used. They are a scam. Their products do not work. Do not waste your time.

This company its scam, first false advertising, they claim to bypass power lock and FRS from samsung devices ?

Competitive Software to Adobe, But Paywalls After Purchase Have Been Introduced
Love the software. I bought it about a decade ago. Better pricing for what you get compared to Adobe. However, AI integration has made it heavier, and paywalls have been introduced (even after purchasing the full product). I noticed this when Filmora 12 came out.

Customer support listens
Generally, I like Wondershare products. Their "refunds" policy is difficult to understand, but they worked with me and we have come to an agreement on what went wrong.
The products, if they meet your needs, are excellent and work very well.

Found my deleted files as I wanted. I was desperate, so I paid the money- despite my better judgement. When I clicked individually on all of my files I wanted back, a pop up came up asking for MORE MONEY - and would not go away. I could not complete the recovery of the files I needed. Found an app that did it FOR FREE.

I tried to purchase a product, the payment kept failing. I checked the account - no subscriptions, no orders, nothing.
Now I can see I have been charged for an order that seemed to have failed but they have clearly taken money for. The product itself is not available so this is a total scam. I received no invoice or anything.
In addition, there is NO WAY of contacting customer service about it because the product doesnt appear in my account and therefore I have no way of contacting them. The only way is to select a product and follow the steps to contact but the product isnt there. I want a full refund and I'll clearly have to go through my credit card company but im warning you all - do not use this website. To obfiscate the custoemr service element is so obviously bad
UPDATE: The company has replied and it is definitely a scam. They are refusing to refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been a customer for 2 years now, the constant updates that keep the editing software moving in time with the other more expensive suites are good.
Great editing suite at a great price. Can't complain at all. Have managed to do everything I've needed so far.

I purchased a Premium licence for data recovery software expecting it to handle recovery from inaccessible drives.
The software was able to scan and identify recoverable data, including lost partitions, but when attempting recovery it either became unresponsive or prompted for further upgrades despite the Premium licence.
The pricing tiers and feature limitations are not clearly explained at the point of purchase, which makes it difficult to understand what functionality you are actually paying for.
I contacted support multiple times and provided detailed information, but the process involved repeated requests and no clear resolution. I was also asked to close a payment dispute before a refund could be processed, which I was not comfortable doing.
Overall, the software appears capable in some areas, but the lack of transparency around features and the aggressive upselling make for a frustrating experience. I would not purchase from this company again.

I purchased their Dr.Fone - Screen Unlock (Android). It clearly mentioned Samsung Galaxy Note 8 lock screen pin removal "WITHOUT DATA LOSS".
I did just that, I purchased it and it didn't work.
