Wordseed has proven to be the worst PR service in the industry
I recently concluded a three-month engagement with Wordseed, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my insights to warn other businesses considering their services.
Throughout our partnership, communication was virtually nonexistent. Despite our expectations for collaborative planning, there was no interest in scheduling calls to discuss our product launch or even providing support during our Black Friday sale. The only correspondence we received was a request for payment, creating a disheartening lack of engagement.
Moreover, the platform-centric approach, urging us to input information without tailored guidance, left us feeling neglected and unsupported. It became evident that Wordseed did not prioritize understanding our goals or contributing meaningfully to our promotional efforts.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the lackluster results relative to the substantial monthly fee of GBP 2000. Over the three months, we observed only around 3000 clicks to our website, raising serious doubts about the value for money.
Attempting to terminate our agreement added another layer of frustration as Wordseed insisted on payment for an additional month. This further highlighted their lack of flexibility and understanding of client concerns.
In summary, Wordseed has proven to be the worst PR service in the industry, and I strongly advise caution to any company considering their services. The minimal communication, lack of support during critical events, and questionable value for the investment make it an experience I wouldn't wish on any business.
I hope sharing my experience helps others make more informed decisions when choosing a PR service.
