I brought a lovely Armani ar1410 from these guys through wowcher after 4 months a button fell off the knob you use to change the time and date is lose so when you have selected your time or date as you push it in it moves the hands or date move! The face is lose inside so it wobbles around. A real Armani watch wouldn’t do this after wearing it 4 times!! I got in contact with wow her who gave me a email address and phone number the phone number didn’t Exist and no reply’s on email even tho I sent 3 emails to them! Stay away from wristy business at all costs I just wish I looked them up before I brought the watch.
Terrible experience with this company.
I ordered a watch through secret sales and unfortunately had to return as it was unsuitable.
I contacted secret sales who sent them an email to say I needed to return the item.
After not hearing anything I had to contact secretsales again a week later who then sent another email.
They responded to the second one and gave me a return address. 3 weeks after sending my return by recorded delivery I still have no response to another wristy business email or a refund.
It's 5 weeks since I first contacted secretsales who have been excellent at finally solving the problem but 5 weeks with no refund is not acceptable from wristy business.
Excellent purchase recipient was very happy with their product definitely genuine and authentic I would buy again if that helps
Bought an Armani AR2448 watch from these scammers for Xmas 2016. Within a week the watch had water inside. Sent it back and they sent me a replacement which had a different colour face, was heavier and looked better. I thought OK the first watch mut have been a fake (sometimes fakes find their way into original shipments I have been told)
Everything was great with the watch until last month when the exact same thing happened. Water inside the face.
I have emailed "dodgy business" 3 times now to let them know and asked if they will they be sending me another fake watch. I have heard nothing back from them.
Stay well clear of these cowboys as they are obviously selling fake watches.
Wasted £150. Lovely!
