My back is happy!
I recently completed the 21-day Happy Back Challenge and it has really made a difference in the way I move and use my body. Before the program, I would often hurt my back while taking care of a 2-year-old grandchild. I feel much stronger now and am happy to say that I just returned from babysitting for 5 days straight with no back pain at all! Thank you Lucas for explaining all the exercises so clearly and for helping me learn how to strengthen my back as well as become more flexible and resilient.
Can’t get enough!
I have signed up for three different programs now with yoga body. They all have been excellent and very useful for me. Lucas explains everything very clearly and goes at a pace, which gives you time to digest what he’s saying. I would recommend yoga body to anybody rather they think they need it or not. You never know how good you can feel and until you do.
I am enjoying the 21 day hip challenge
I am enjoying the 21 day hip challenge. Lucas provides multiple options to each move, meeting people where they are in their mobility. Each exercise is demonstrated well and requires minimal equipment. Each session is 15 minutes which works very well with my schedule. I typically do these sessions 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Now, my sleep pattern has improved where I am able to get a deeper sleep. I plan to repeat the series after I complete the initial challenge to continue working on my hip mobility.
2nd Run through already
I’m two weeks through my second run through of the 21-day hip challenge. I am making slow progress - the point isn’t to be ready to join Cirque de Soleil after 21 days - but Lucas’ coaching and explanations of the science and anatomy of stretching is what makes this such a compelling and satisfying class.
Broad range of exercises
Broad range of exercises, with very good explanation by Lucas about what you are doing. And these exercises really work, contrary to what you often see at YouTube, Instagram etc. Not immediately (in my case) but through consistent exercise I experienced better mobility and posture. I benefit from this every day! Good value for money.
YogaBody workshops are great!
I have completed several of the YogaBody workshops with Lucas. All of them are fantastic! Lucas has such a good teaching style. He is very knowledgeable and very encouraging. I recommend any of his workshops!

I just finished the 21-day hip opening…
I just finished the 21-day hip opening class. I have never stuck with a challenge like this before. I was able to do it this time because so many options were given for each pose. They made the poses less intimidating and more doable. The course improved my hip mobility, but have a long way to go. I started the challenge again from the beginning and plan to go through it all again.
I recommend this program for anyone who is struggling with their hip flexibility.
First class!
There's a lot of noise out there in the fitness and wellness industry, and it's hard to find genuine, trustworthy people to put your faith and health in, but I found Yoga Body a brilliant company. I have completed the Happy Back Challenge and the Fix Your Feet masterclass, with great results. Both have been very well constructed, easy to follow, and not overwhelming. I'm currently halfway through the 21-day hip opening challenge. Luca's guidance, knowledge, and clear explanations keep me coming back.

I absolutely love the Five for Life…
I absolutely love the Five for Life program and its *NEW* videos every day! The quality is always high and the movements varied to keep a balanced workout throughout the week. The program as a whole is very realistic and attainable and is perfect for anyone attempting to maintain strength, mobility and fitness for life.

I’m really enjoying the Five for Life…
I’m really enjoying the Five for Life program. I’ve been doing the Strength Plus with weights for about a month now and I can already feel a difference in my strength. I love the stretches too, and I like that each day is different so it never gets repetitive.
I do my Strength Plus in the morning and my stretches before bed, and I’m finding it easy to fit in the 15 minutes twice a day. It slots into my routine without any fuss, which makes it so much easier to stick with.
I’ve also completed the 21 Day Hip Opening and the Science of Stretching programs. Both were very well structured, and you really do see results with consistency.
I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for something effective that doesn’t take over your day.
It doesn't get better than this program!
First of all, there aren't teachers anywhere better than Lucas and Camilo! Their combination of intellect about yoga, strength training, stretching, and body mechanics is unmatched (and I've tried a lot of options.) Additionally, the way they serve us their content via the YogaBody dashboard is easy, very functional and their patient, yet comprehensive teaching style is fantastic. And, to add icing to the cake, it's very affordable. All you have to do is decide how important it is to you to go into that "next chapter" in a healthful way...for me it's a non-negotiable and I am seeing actual results because of my commitment and this amazing team!! Subscribed for one month to the…
Subscribed for one month to the yogabody daily. While the program may fit others it was not for me. Decided to cancel and the app does not process cancellations. I contacted support who cancelled my subsciption but I kept being debited on my bank card. To this date still waiting for reimbursement.
Update: following this review the team responded immediately and refunded the money.

Very helpful
The poses are challenging, but he does provide modifications. I feel very relaxed after the poses. I'm not finished with the first round, but I am planning on starting over and to keep repeating. He is very helpful in getting into the poses.
Helped me get my life back
I have struggled for years with consistency in training. I have hyper-mobility and find that every time I get into a form of exercise I then suffer severe injuries that stop me from continuing.
I’ve been doing the YogaBody Daily programme (now five for life) for 18months/2 years now. The different routines each day add the novelty and interest my brain needs to keep engaged, and the short bursts make for an efficient and focused workout. I have come to be strong and my natural flexibility is feeling more controlled, reducing my pain and fatigue so much now that I can start getting back to enjoying my life.
I love the education lectures, the book club and other specialist programmes offered. Lucas and Camillo are relatable people and so good at responding to personalised queries and explaining complex ideas.
I will continue to use this programme - it works so well for me.
Better Movement, One Session at a Time
I’ve been dealing with ongoing back and hip issues for quite some time and had previously seen a neurologist who recommended exploring this type of program. Based on that advice, I purchased both the Happy Back and Hip Opening programs from Yoga Body.
I committed to completing the full 21 days of each program, and while I’m not 100% yet, I do feel a noticeable improvement in both my back and hip mobility and overall comfort. The guided structure made it easy to stay consistent, and I appreciated being able to progress at a manageable pace.
I plan to continue repeating both programs to keep building on the gains I’ve made. I’ve also recommended it to a few people who are dealing with similar issues. Overall, it’s been a very positive and helpful experience.
Back pain gone
I hated stretching, because my muscles were extremely stiff but with Yogabody I’ve managed to increase my flexibility and now my back pain is gone.

Sort of gritting my teeth but I want to be able to kneel on the floor and dit cross legged again at 64. Methodical, requires commitment and facing up to the fact that your "pain" is real but so is everyone else's...Just what I need. Thank uou Lucy's.
