Really excellent company for Motorhome repairs and service

We had problems with our motorhome heating showing fault codes and not operating. I rang YCC and they got a technical guy to speak with me and spent some time in explaining procedures to clear the fault code. Sadly all my efforts failed so I rang back and got booked in for just 2 days on. Went there today and straight away, the lady who checked us in made us a cuppa and arranged for technical man Jordan to start straight away on the van. After half an hour he came to us to let us know the heating was all up and running again. He then took us to our van and spent time to explain how and why the fault occurred. Also explained 'best practice' for our future travels. Although we've been motorhome for 15 years, we learned a lot from Jordan.
The bill was exactly as quoted. Came away feeling really good. Highly recommend YCC. The whole experience was excellent.
