Ordered a raised bed kit which consisted of 12 sleepers, metal corner brackets and screws. The installation went fine but within less than 1 month several of the sleepers developed significant cracks / splits which will need addressing.

I sent an email to the company together with 12 photographs to illustrate the problem. The company never bothered to reply.

Other commments on Trustpilot refer to the great service offered by the company. Not in my experience.

A fantastic product from a fantastic company. The customer service was top notch. The raised bed kits were really good quality and very easy to put together with all the fixings, screws, and adapter for an electric drill / screwdriver. Delivery was efficient and as promised. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Sleepers ordered at 3.30 on Sunday afternoon and delivered at 5.00 on Monday. Delivery was perfect, driver helpful and friendly. I ordered "slight seconds" no obvious defects and ideal for what I wanted. Would order again from Yorkshire Sleeper Saw Mill without hesitation.

Fabulous service from Graham and all at YSM. Fab comms over the phone, ditto delivery updates. Was even contacted to enquire if there was a problem with the order when received, of which there wasn't.
Sleepers look amazing now fully installed both at home and allotment. Also purchased membrane, fixings and brackets.
Highly recommend to all and will purchase again.

Ordered two of their raised bed kits on a Thursday and they came following Monday. Prior to ordering, I gave them a call to ask a couple of questions and they were extremely helpful.

The delivery driver called when he was an hour away which is always helpful. Driver was very pleasant and placed the timbers exactly where I wanted them.

The delivery price was, for me, extremely good value and I would have no hesitate purchasing from these guys again.

I bought 6 of the raised bed kits which were very easy to assemble. The communication was fantastic from Graham answering my query regarding delivery down a gravel driveway (some companies state that they will not do this), to the lovely driver that offloaded the sleepers and placed them exactly where I requested. So refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers. Keep up the good work.

This is the second time I have purchased railway sleepers for a raised bed in the garden from Yorkshire Sleeper Sawmill. The service provided by the company is excellent. The information on their website is laid out and informative. The price of the sleepers is very competitive, and the quality of the wood is good. The tanalising process is thorough, as can be seen when cutting through the sleepers. They keep you well-informed about deliveries after purchase, including the delivery drivers. The previous wooden sleepers have been in our garden for three years and are still in excellent condition. This company comes highly recommended.

Was about to order some good quality garden compost 4 bags) and bark (2 bags), which came came to a total in my cart of £76.
Got to the payment and they'd added another £46 for delivery, and they are less than 30 miles away.
