New customer contact call from Alfie.....
I was very pleased with my customer contact telephone call from Alfie. He considered everything I could possibly want when changing my washer/dryer cover. He also answered my questions promptly and provided accurate information. I perceive that he provides a good company profile as a representative. I could understand how and why I could change my insurance. I was also pleased with the price and the options. This company were an absolute bully. I didnt sign up for any cover, and now they are trying to get a payment for cancellation. Which i do not owe a penny. They also tried last night to set up a direct debit on my bank account which has been cancelled and reported to the police. A company full of bullies trying to pressure someone with mental health issues is absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Scammers and extortionist. I've also had threatening and harassing messages to my email address.

For clarity, our records show that a sale was agreed with one of our agents, Tom, at 1:06pm on 17/12/2025, and the associated paperwork was emailed directly to you at 10:01am on 18/12/2025. During the call on 17/12/2025, agreement was also given for the cover to proceed, including the setup of a direct debit. All sales calls are recorded for transparency and compliance.
Following a review of the cancellation request, the reason provided was that you chose to remain with an existing provider. In line with our Terms and Conditions, a cancellation fee may apply in these circumstances.
That said, we take any concerns relating to distress, mental health, or inappropriate contact extremely seriously. Your Brand Cover does not tolerate bullying or harassment, and we do not take payments or set up direct debits without clear consent.

They are the worst service I've tried…
They are the worst service I've tried cancelling it due to not not receiving documentations and was told in the documentation that it states how to cancel the service i stated i didn't get that they asked for a fee which I stated that I wont pay due to the lack of documentation so they sent it to bailiffs the ceo who answered the call stated there is no one above him which was a lie due to calling them and the lady said she'll ask someone else who is above him then the text states they don't monitor the texts not that its an automated text its the worse company don't waste your time they are rude and malicious towards people especially those with mental health issues

When you joined, we explained that cancellations need to be completed by speaking with our customer services team, as stopping a direct debit alone does not cancel cover.
We attempted to contact you several times to help resolve this, including a text message to confirm receipt of your paperwork, which only required a brief reply so it could be reissued.
You later responded to an automated payment confirmation message, which clearly explains that it isn’t monitored, and we then asked again by text for you to call us so we could assist.
Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a call.
We also wrote to you explaining that, without contact, cancellation fees could apply and the balance may be passed to a third party.
Had you contacted our customer services team at any stage to discuss the situation, we would have been happy to look at waiving any cancellation fees.
As no contact was made, the account has now been passed to a third party and is no longer something we can amend directly.
We appreciate this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry we’re unable to help further at this stage.
