Missing delivery, Closed account!
ORDER - 763546504
Contacted them regarding a failed delivery, it was wrongly marked as delivered. That is not the case as I have not yet received anything.
After waiting two days I am notified that they refuse to fix this and they have closed my account.
The worst customer service I have experienced to this date, I am appalled with “yourcola” and am contemplating contacting my bank to reverse the charge for this.

Super fast delivery and factory fresh!
Ordered two boxes of my favorite Coke Zero glass bottles (40 in each). They arrived incredibly quickly, were perfectly packed, and taste absolutely fresh out of the factory. Brilliant service!

Bad customer service and delivery …
Ordered from N.Ireland ( where actually is company) because we were having friends over. Postage said 3-5 days, but taking into account that it’s pretty much in neighborhood, I expected more 3 days, or even next day rather than 5 (my mistake). I got my parcel once friends already left. Half of my order was missing and I got an email that apparently I wasn’t at home and parcel was returned (only half), even though I was at home as well as rest of the family. All Coca-Cola glass bottles were completely sticky and I had to wash 24 bottles. Still waiting for the rest of the delivery that had to be canceled and resend in the meantime. Usually, when company creates such mess, they give you at least discount or anything like that. Apparently not in this case.
The only reason why I would order from them again is because it’s the only place where you can get Coca-Cola in glass bottles. High price to pay for being environmentally friendly.
