It’s as if they don’t want my money.
I tried to order some drinks from the yourcoca-cola.co.uk website. Chose the product, put it in the basket, went to pay. Nothing. It kept returning to the payment page each time I pressed the pay button, leaving the goods still in the basket.
Contacted yourcoca-cola.co.uk. They said “Give us some details and we’ll sort this out.”
After a couple of days I received an email. “The items you tried to buy are back in stock.” I thought I’d try again. Maybe it was a low or no stock issue the first time. This time payment was taken and I got a confirmation email for the sale. Looks like the problem was fixed. Or was it?
Now all I get are emails saying “We’re working on fixing the delay on your order.”
Nine days have passed since the first attempt to buy. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
