Total waste of money. Paid in full and nothing.

They are still collecting money (i tried to buy, and it allowed me to go on till the payment page)

Reassuring that im not alone, but gutted because i liked the idea of the product.

How can we work colelctively and sue?

Same story. I got suckered on a cool Kick Starter idea.

It is a scam. Do not buy anything there! You'll never get a product.

Company and product is a scam. The project was created back in 2015 and the guys behind the project promised a delivery in December 2015 to the original backers on Kickstarter.com. After the delivery was due, but never fulfilled they actually told the backers that they knew they couldn't make the deadline, but if they had told us the truth they knew they never would've gotten us to invest in the project.

And here we are; 5 years later, no delivery, more unkept promises and still no product.

Lawsuits are being filed against the company as we speak.

This company is a scam. I have been waiting five years for my product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING

Been waiting YEARS to get my refund. Still nothing but excuses and delays after many emails and chats.

Is this company is a scam - you make up your own mind, but the vast majority think one way......

I went to their website after I found out there was a gift bought for me, but I immediately wanted to cancel. Nearly 3 weeks later they refuse to cancel and play games. It seems other customers/investors have been asking for years to get their money back and it seems there have been no compensation or refunds given.

If you google slidenjoy and forbes, even they have a warning about them. There maybe a class action lawsuit that I encourage others to join if you were wronged by this company.

They are been sued in NYC federal court for at least, patent infringement, 1:19-cv-11868

This company will take your money like it has with thousands of people and cannot deliver their products and make constant excuses why, their products are not been shipped.

If you want a refund, they will not issue one, and for a company to take this position, speaks volumes. If they wanted, - they could refund monies for people, but they don't care about consumers.

Be warned do not buy or invest any of your money, as they seem they cannot deliver.

I will continue to update this review, with facts, and if they choose to issue a refund or deliver a product with the time frame of 2-4 months, I shall also post this.

HELP US TO TAKE THEM DOWN... We launching a class-action lawsuit in US (as they used kickstarter which is registered in US) and Europe (as they are a Belgian company) against them.

SAME experience as everyone else who posted a review on these guys. "Jerome" has been giving me the same thing over and over and I can't believe I fell for it.

I say call up Netflix. Give them some material, better known as our experiences and timeline of how long these guys have been doing this. GET. THEM. NOTICED.

And take them down... Like really, this is unbelievable they're still up and still taking in funds. they're even on Kickstarter too... I just don't understand what's going on. But we need to do something about this... Trustpilot.com please help us take action against these fraudsters...

So i’m in the same boat as you guys, I thought I was doing my bit helping a kickstarter on an item that looked amazing! Now 3 years on I’m getting the same crap from “Jerome” with all the promises and it’s just total rubbish!
I was on Amazon UK yesterday and they have a version and slidenjoy come up on the site, but I think under a different name.
I’m not a lawyer but as they have so many people they have scammed is there anything collectively that we can do?
May 30th 2020 so there seems to be the TRIO triple screen that apparently is exactly the same as as the Slide, even if you look at their YouTube video I can’t help but say it’s the same product in my opinion....please tell me I’m wrong! Would they have shut one down and called it something else and started this all over again!

Complete rip off, they don't deliver, over promise and the items never arrive

Just as a warning, Slide n Joy aka LeSlide are still collecting funds via their website for a non existent product. It's a pure scam at this point. They're even getting sued for patent infringement.

They collected funds from me, 70$ USD for a deposit and a further ~340 Euros. I have since requested a charge-back but not sure I'll receive it due to 3 months passing already.

They're now blaming COVID-19 for further delays.

Both charges come from different banks, different countries, different descriptors. So likely they're rotating mids to take payments in multiple geo's to minimise their risk.

I spoke to their "associate" mr Chiang and he mentioned he was done with the Belgian guys - and he supposedly responsible for production of the units. He said he's creating his own version and offered them at "cost" price to me and if I wanted to buy in bulk and sell to my friends, I could.

Obviously I declined, but this tells you that that partnership has soured and their promises of delivering are moot.

Simply put they're full of it and have been since day 1. The fact that they're not taken down yet is insane and they need to be stopped.

Here's the list of people that founded the company and worked for them. Richard Chiang is always flaunting his wealth and overcompensating by hanging out with celebrities and sports stars.

scam for sure, same boat as everyone else. August 2019 paid deposit, jan 28th paid remaining balance "ur order is being processed!" nothing. did a chargeback thankfully, still need to get my deposit back as well.

Just tried to contact them via there form and chat.
Chat, nobody there
email, no acknowledgement
i even left my phone number.

Looked at other reviews, seems like all in the same boat.
Shame really as the product is good...

I am in touch with a guy called Jerome who gives me all kinds of delay excuses - it is absolutely ridiculous. After so many months, I just have to accept: They ARE a complete fraud. I cant believe this. No other company would try to get rid of their customers so I must assume they are a fraud, including the kickstarter thing.

I ordered 9 months ago, paid a deposit and subsequently the remaining amount. They keep on sending emails with excuses about their "product team returning from China bla bla".

But believe u me, I am a lawyer and I have good connections to Belgium lawyers. I will find them and I AM going to sue them if they do not return my money - just for the fun of it.

Today I checked their address in Belgium with telephone enquiries but they say there is no company of that name. Anyway strange: company with no telephone??? They nicked the money and pay some placebos to write emails. Never ever experienced something like that - but as they say: there is always a first

Also nothing under their other business place in Los Angeles, nothing, absolutely nothing - be WARNED - do not buy!!!!!!
