Is it a scam?
I ordered the product via The Kickstarter campaign and have been waiting over 3 years to receive it. I man in regular contact with the support centre but am told they are investigating and will be in contact as soon as possible, which never happens. This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from any company. I suggest avoiding this company until they get their production and backlog of orders sorted out.
