Slidenjoy 

Same story as everyone else. Been trying to get my deposit back for months, was part of the kickstarter project. Opening a ticket, waiting for a response. Getting a response that says someone will be in touch. Never happens. I truly hope there aren't people still falling for this scam. I just sent another message last week with their response being someone would respond over the weekend. Didn't happen...again. Why do I even try.

I placed my pre-order on 12/12/2016. Finally on 10/17/19, after almost 3 years, my order was confirmed, which means that I had to then pay full price for my two Slide-n-joys.

Given the long delay from pre-order to order confirmation, I messaged the Slide-n-joy team to confirm when I will receive my two products. They assured me that it would arrive in 1-2 months.

It is now 2/2/20, over 3 months since order confirmation and over 1 month after the latest date by which the slide-n-joy team assured that I would have received my products.

I still have no slide-n-joy.

No news so far, they just take the money and thats it. Im really doubtingnI will get the product. Planning report them soon if nothing changes, I have enough evidences to do so. Stay away

SCAM - deposit in 2017! no product and no real updates

I paid 60€ for a deposit in 2017/18 and I'm still waiting... don't waste your time and money it's a SCAM!!!!

You only have to 'Google Maps' the address and even go on Street view and you will see ....... nothing at all!

Been trying to get an answer about ship dates for over two years. The response is "soon", "in a few days", etc. Feel sorry for the kickstarter backers and those who have paid a deposit with no product and poor communications from this company. Not wasting any more time.

Pure scam, these guys should be sue and punished, using our money for holidays, showing off picture and video on how they spent the backers money... shame on these robbers!

Its a total SCAM. They just take your preorder and you never get the product!!

It’s 100% a scam. I’ve been waiting years node my order! I don’t even think they keep info since every so often they send me a new ‘pre-order’ offer. STAY AWAY!!!

I paid a deposit back in April 2018. Never got the confirmation email with the order number. I've been chasing up since then to no avail. They changed the website and there is no options to follow up on any order.I'm very disappointed and angry. Luckily they won't get any more money from me.

Don’t throw away your deposit!!!!!! This is a Huge joke, deposit paid and no sign of delivery date - been chasing for months and they keep on sending poorly written emails that they are waiting for feedback from the Billing department - no one has even seen the finished product in action and many problems are causing delays.

Terrible. I should have known better. Responded to an instagram ad they ran, ordered from them. Months later nothing. Charge shows up on my bank statement as ELIECOM WEBSITE HONGKONG HK, but I can find no info about this.

No answer, and non-working account on their website.

BE-WARE of this, does in fact seem to be a scam.

Looks like a complete scam, I have been waiting for nearly 6 months for some indication of delivery timeframes and from searches it looks like some other people have been waiting 3 years.

Communication here is so bad and infrequent
. Paid my deposit over 2 years ago and have had 2-3 emails but nothing to give me confidence on a product arriving

Is there a way that we could sue them? Also almost 3 years and nothing...
