Ordered two dresses a ballgown and a short length tutu, both arrived by the date needed and are absolutely stunning. The lady was very nice and it was a very personal online shopping experience almost as if buying from a friend and somebody you knew. Thrilled with our purchases and highly recommended. Thank you

I will not be using this company again. Ordered and paid for2 tutus beginning January for granddaughter 3rd bday early February nothing. Txt her she was really lovely apologised said they be here soon. Offered me full refund which I didn't want cos if they on way she had still spent time and money. Afte further couple wks of excuses txts and several delivery Companies failing to deliver I finally got them. I'm still waiting for 1 which is free one but is lost in the system. The dresses are beautiful but the deli ery experience is -2 and really is a direct result of never using or recommending to anyone. Oh and please stop with the hunni or lovel it's not good business

Absolutely mess around never would I order off these again poorly communication says she will check up where parcel is never does and never gets back to me orderd weeks bef my daughters 5th birthday she said it would be with me bef her birthday and never arrived till about 1week after her birthday and I had a very upset girl ,then it all startd coming apart and she had only had it on twice so sent back couple of months bef Xmas and still to this day I’m still waiting for it she makes excuses after excuses about the post and being lost absloute load of lies got a refund which took the mick! aswell I wouldn’t trust this person at all

amazing service. initial design couldn't be done due to items not being delivered on time but victoria made me another amazing dress similar to initial design and my daughter loved it ❤.
So grateful for the extra mile she went to ensure we received on the day of the party. thank you so much would 100% use again x

I ordered off yummy scrummy tutus one week before my daughters party, and wow just so brilliant. We had a few minor issues due to me ordered one week before I needed them and wow they did not disappoint even paid for me to have special delivery before 9am on the day of the party. The dresses we’re absolutely gorgeous can not fault them one bit they were so stunning and my girls felt like princesses! Will one hundred percent be ordering again and again but maybe with a bit more notice next time. Absolute brilliant customer service always replied and kept me updated.

I ordered a tiktok dress for my daughters party then stumbled across these reviews. I was very sceptical after reading and thought I had been scammed. I messaged the seller who constantly stayed in touch with me and reassured me everything would be fine. I received the beautiful well made dress in plenty of time for my daughters party. She loves it and I love it. The customer service I received was first class. I won't hesitate to order again,my daughter has her eye on the encanto isabella dress next which looks absolutely beautiful. Over the moon with my purchase and ill be sure to recommend to all my mammy friends.

UPDATED as finally received a parcel
Sequins falling off the very small dress I lost count at 17 and cape looks like it’s been thrown together with fur falling out everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was made quickly on Thursday morning after she was made aware of my crime report then shoved in the post. I’ve had to get changed and hoover where I’m covered in stars and fur.
Returning to sender on Tuesday when the PO opens at my own expense. The replacement I got from Argos was better quality. I will not keep something I’ve had a refund for and wouldn’t even keep it as a ‘good will gesture’ in that condition.
I’ve since heard from another local woman she did this to in 2020 where the dress was finally received after repeatedly messaging being told it was posted.
I still agree most of the good reviews are fake and have reported it to Trustpilot as well as action fraud.
**To cut a long story short I ordered a dress & cape for my disabled niece in Feb for Easter giving plenty of time for them to be made. Mid March I discovered reviews on here and I messaged her pretty horrified where she said it would all be fine and she’d just had bad luck with postage well she must be the unluckiest woman on Earth. She assured me she would not let me down.
Every bit of me said get a refund but I went against my gut and carried on with the order. It’s now a day before Easter weekend being told it’s posted when it isn’t. Told me three times it was posted when it wasn’t.
Royal Mail confirmed they didnt have it when she said it was sent on Wednesday. (**according to tracking this was posted at 11.18am on Thursday. Not ‘sometime after 3pm Wednesday’ as she’d sworn blind she had so she knew full well it wouldn’t come by 1pm Thursday when she hadn’t even posted it ! )
I got a refund after phoning action fraud and forwarding her the crime reference number . Avoid like the plague and if you have been stung call action fraud. Some have refunds some don’t.

Absolutely fantastic dress. I ordered the Cinderella dress for my daughter as we were going to Disney and thought it would be that special little touch. I was not aware just how special though.
The thought that has gone into it is amazing. The straps are adjustable for the perfect fit and so is the blue silk part around the waist. It was stunning on. My daughter got so many smiles and comments...oh and Cinderella herself was also very impressed!

I had seen some people were having delivery issues but the lady was fantastic with communication and provided all delivery times and tracking information. I honestly don't feel she could have done more.

Perfect customer service dress came immaculate our little girl absolutely loved it and we will definitely buy more thank you so much Lady was very helpful and very polite couldn’t ask for anything better

I have read these reviews and got concerned about if I will relieve my order, I messaged a few times and was told it was sent and got the tracking but it didn’t arrive, I messaged again as I wasn’t happy and they was really good as reassured me I will get it, it has come this morning and myself and my daughter absolutely love it! It’s the perfect party dress! We couldn’t find anything on this level anywhere else so I’m so glad we waited and got the issue resolved, I read a comment saying all good reviews are fake, and honestly I received a good and bad experience but the bad was out of the makers control!

I received my daughter’s barbie tutu dress today, wow it is absolutely stunning, I can not wait for her to wear it at her Birthday party 🥰. Thank you Yummy Scrummy Tutus for reassuring me it will be with us on time. I must admit after reading some of the reviews it had frightened me but I had nothing to worry about. Once the dress was made I was sent a photo and all of the tracking information, my dress arrived the next day. I would definitely use Yummy Scrummy Tutus again and would highly recommend. My little girl wanted an LOL doll themed birthday and yummy Scrummy tutus made us the perfect LOL tutu! I have one happy birthday girl today♥️ I can see me having to order the rapunzel one next lol! Yummy Scrummy tutus are amazing at what they do! Also the quality and sizing were on point and I just can’t thank you enough!! You really have made my little girls birthday extra special today!

Beware These are FAKE reviews, all the good reviews are fake. If you read some of them you will see. I ordered a dress back in January still not received. Don’t buy.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. We ordered three dresses for Disneyland Paris and I stupidly gave them my old address and the people living there accepted the parcel but would not admit to having it. We were given tracking information showing the date and time they were delivered to the address I gave
And when I went round they lied and said they didn’t have them despite us having the proof. This absolutely lovely lady made us another set of dresses absolutely free of charge. Who these days would do that?! She did not have to. I had read some reviews and I was a bit dubious but she went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t have too. It was completely my fault. The dresses themselves were stunning, beautifully made and amazing quality. We cannot thank this business enough and will not have a bad word said against them. People should give small businesses a break and not be quick to jump on the bandwagon of negativity. We will be forever grateful. Xxxxxxxx
