Absolutely fantastic company went over and beyond to make sure my autistic 18yr old daughter had her dream dress for her party! The first dress was lost but no problem they made another in 3 days! With no extra cost absolutely amazing cannot thank them enough

Absolutely fantastic service messaged late on a Friday night in need of a dress ASAP for a last minute fancy dress at school instant response and dress delivered in time was just as the pictures showed and great value for money wouldn’t go anywhere else for a tutu now as had others from elsewhere and haven’t received what was advertised

I had to give 1star review, but it really does not deserve that.I ordered a dress and cape form this company in August 2020. I am disgusted with them. After months of contact and being told it is ready and then the one delivered it didn’t fit sent back told the would send another and still waiting. I asked for a refund eventually I had, had enough. Still waiting for this. I would advise to stay away from this company. I notice in the reviews others have had the same problems.

Thank you for my daughters beautiful dress, quality is outstanding for the price. It did take a while to arrive with the post as we live in the Isle of Man but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

If I could give this woman a zero star I would!! Where do I start. Iade my order last year 8 weeks before my neices 4th birthday. Plenty of time right? Wrong. I had to chase her and chase her. Finally I got half my order on Xmas ev!!! Cutting it fine. Bare in mind they were supposed to be hear for the begining of August!. So anyway a year later....still not received the rest of my order. After we messages been sent back and forth and excuses chucked about. I've been I'll or I waiting on material, or I've posted them to u should be with you in the next few days. To then be told oh sorry I was ment to post them I'll do it this afternoon. Really! The most in professional business I've ever come across. She nothing but a liar! Stay far away! The worst thing is I gave her Several chances. I feel like an idiot.

After reading all comments I felt I needed to voice mine too. Well where do I start!
On the site they advised to order as early as possible, well ordering in September for a 2nd birthday in December, I thought was ample time. Messages toing and frowing. Checking the dress making sure all was ok and on schedule. I then got a message saying it was posted, I asked for a track and trace details. Was then told oops we don't have the material for the cloak, we can make the cloak in other material, ok. But I thought my dress had been sent??? After chasing and chasing again and after being told they are making it and it coming up to middle of December , I gave up the ghost. Not happy so asked for my money back which that too took ages for a refund and after chasing it again and again.i don't like it either when being called 'huni' and mentioning about family life, that's not good business.
I think this very small business (one man band) has taken on too much. And it's all about the money. I didn't want to leave any stars at all but I have to.
I would like many others, stay away from this business , yes the dresses look cute but my grand daughter didn't miss out on a hand made outfit as I went elsewhere and even kept it local.

Beautiful dress, thank you. My grandaughter adores it. Arrived on time and the photos do not show how lovely they are. Very responsive to messages and a very nice lady to deal with.

Ordered last year and after numerous discussions with the owner still haven’t received one of my dresses! Excuse after excuse definately won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend!

The dresses that this lady makes are amazing. The service however could do with some improvement but we are in the middle of a pandemic and other things have gone on that are out of her hands. I think she maybe takes on too many orders and that could be one of the reasons for all the issues ive seen in other reviews. I had to contact a lot to make sure my dress was going to arrive and there was a big delay but eventually to make sure it arrived in time for Halloween she paid to send it next day delivery and considering I had already paid very little for the dress as I think there was an offer at the time I thought this was actually very good customer service.

Ordered an Elsa inspired dress and cape for my daughter’s 5th birthday. It arrived on time and is stunning my little girl is so happy with it, it made her day. Great communication and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

I must admit there were times during our conversations that I thought I was being given excuses and it was all a scam. However I did still receive my daughters absolutely beautiful dress in time for her birthday. I ordered her Barbie dress in August for her birthday in November. The dress is stunning, my daughter fell in love with it as soon as she opened it out the packaging and it looked beautiful on her. We received so many compliments on it, the quality of the dress outweighs the initial worries I had. I would order again from yummy scrummy tutus and just make sure I ordered well in advanced if it was needed for an occasion.

I ordered 3 dresses in June and never received them. Constant chasing since august with lots of excuses. Chased a refund since October, had cancelled PayPal refunds and more excuses. Finally got a refund in January, 7 months after my initial order. Definitely avoid this company.

I am really happy with the service and the items received. I have ordered off this company a few times now and its always been a pleasant experience. My last order was lost with the courier. The lady provided all tracking information and proof of sending. She offered me a refund or to remake, I of course chose for them to be remade and she did so as quickly as she could. As always beautiful products, my girls love them and I am dreading the day they will no longer want to wear them :-( I feel for businesses and when she said she had unfortunately had a few bad reviews I came straight on here. I have always had a great one. She has always replied to messages and always provided a friendly and honest service in my eyes. I think some people should give people a break with everything going on. Yes its not nice when things go wrong or orders go astray, I have experienced that a lot over the last 12 months with various companies through this pandemic but I have to say this lady was one of the companies who dealt with things as quickly as she could and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much for making my girls smile. Do not let people or things pull you down, stay positive and keep making these stunning dresses

Extremely disappointed. I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt multiple times due to the current pandemic situation but 6 months on I still hadn’t received my dress. The courier has now apparently lost my package as well. I now have a very disappointed daughter as she was not able to get her dress and have had to try make other arrangements. Finally got my refund after consistent pestering.

If I could give minus stars, I would!!

Ordered dress in OCTOBER for Xmas. Chased many times, they never arrived, keep being told they were going out soon. Nothing arrived in time for Xmas TWO MONTHS after I ordered.

Asked for a refund and have just got this but it took nearly 40 days to sort and I had to chase all the way. Even when she offered to do a PayPal payment she sent an eCheque which would take 5-7 days to clear 🤦🏻‍♀️Absolutely appalling and I assume if I had constantly chased she would have just kept the money. Kept calling me ‘hunni’ in messages that drive me crazy, I am not your friend, I’m a customer and though I’m all for a bit of informality, it was too much. Don’t go anywhere near this business unless you want no dresses and months of chasing!

Absolutely amazing quality have ordered a few times now and never had a issue at all nothing is too much very responsive and helpful

I can't fault this ladies customer service, after having a complete nightmare dealing with Hermes our order arrived and my girls absolutely loved there unicorn themed tutus. I have already placed my next order and can't wait to see it 💖
