Truly appalling customer service. Ordered and paid for three dresses back in August, for Christmas (!) and I have had to chase and chase and chase to find out what was going on. Finally I was told a couple of weeks ago they were being sent out. First there was an issue with Hermes not picking up the parcel (rubbish), then I was told that it would be sent via Royal Mail, with a "hand on heart" promise they'd arrive today by 1pm. I had been given a tracking number but when I entered it, RM told me that they were waiting for the parcel to be dropped off! So more rubbish yet again. I am so disappointed to have been let down like this. Especially as I placed my order - and paid! - so long ago. Today I received a refund at my request - but I wouldn't touch this 'company' (using the word loosely!) with a bargepole ever again.

This was a last minute order and nothing was a problem for them. Communication was brilliant and all questions asked was answered straight away. The dress is amazing and we will definitely be ordering again and again. We cant thanknyou enough my little girl adores it.

I have ordered 3 times off this lady and her tutus are amazing! She is so helpful, keeps you updated and always reply fast. The quality of the items is amazing I mean I've passed the older tutus down to my niece 2 years later and they still look brand new! I would highly recommend yummyscrummytutus to everyone!

Such a shame that the postage company keeps messing up lots and lots of orders! After ordering a dress months ago I was told it was sent last Wednesday, the owner of the company apologised and sent out another identical one she had in stock for Christmas, it arrived the next day just in the time for my party. Original still hasn't arrived.....

Beautiful dress made for my daughter party! Highly recommend, we did have little problem with dispatch, no fault of there’s, but was very quickly rectified and came next day! Perfect dress !!

Ordered my twin girls some aerial mermaid tutu dresses for there 2nd birthday and I was absolutely blown away when there arrived at how beautiful they actually are 😍 had two very happy beautiful mermaid princesses ❤️ thankyou so much xx

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review as I thought I was the only one and she refunded me and seemed apologetic.

I ordered my daughter a tutu outfit for her party where she was meeting Ariel so wanted the Ariel tutu dress, I tried messaging to ask for an update however no response until my sister messaged making a fake enquiry. Then same happened again a week later, got my partner to fake enquire next and only then I got a reply.

Then I was told that my order was shipped however it was the day before and nothing, I work for Hermes myself so I know that they’re pretty great at collecting parcels on time! Think i was lied to from day one!

Various excuses given which I thought were genuine but now I'm questioning everything..

My advice, don’t buy, not if it’s for something special as this partially ruined my daughters party as she knew she was getting the dress and I had to tell her it wasn’t coming

Stunning dresses. There was a delay with delivery I waited a lot longer than the 4 weeks she stated however I always order handmade items months and months in advance just incase there is any issues. I think the issue with delivery is possibly down to this being a mother/woman on her own maybe taking on too many orders and not being able to get them out on time due to other life commitments too. Things happen. However when the dresses did arrive they are gorgeous so I wouldn’t complain just because the delivery took along time, give the company a bit of a break. Handmade items are hard work. My dresses are gorgeous Thank you

Do not use this lady. Having given her a second chance I had an even worse experience. She continues to lie about when the tuttu has been made and sent! Funny how keeps getting lost then the post office never sent?! I’ve never experienced such poor customer service or someone who has so many lies. Yes she did end up refunding me but this was so stressful and my daughter months after her birthday still doesn’t have the full outfit. She should not be trading

If your happy to risk loosing your money then this is the place to order from!
Absolutely joke of a business gave her the date needed for the dress she said thats fine was coming up to 3 days before my little girls birthday it still hasnt arrived but of course this was the start of the excuses was told id recieve it the day before but hadnt so contacted her to be told it apprently hasnt been picked up which clearly was a lie she just didnt send it out so i had my daughters dress ON her birthday on the afternoon but shock there was no cape in the package to contact her again she said she mustve "accidentally forgot" and will send another straight out....over a MONTH going back and forth she said she sent out another 3 which no suprise hadnt arrived i finally asked for my money back and again as usual full of excuses time and time again after this now i definitely wouldnt recommend and after needing to go back and forth just to get my refund for the cape i dont trust her with anymore of my money.. gave her so many chances but in the end enough is enough shes loosing so many customers as clearly cant cope doing what she does yet she posts nearly everyday for new orders, get the ones you clearly CANT do before taking other peoples money yes its only £12 for a cape but thats not the point

Really pleased with my purchase. The dress is just beautiful and the detail and quality is brilliant my little girl got so many lovely compliments on her birthday. Did take a while to come but I was prewarned it would. Definitely would come back to order again. Thank you

Very very disappointed with this company and I feel it’s important to make others aware so they don’t waste their money and time.
I placed an order with this lady in February 2021, and was told current turn around time was 3-4 weeks. In April I began trying to chase it up as I hadn’t received anything and hadn’t had any communication. This then continued in May and I was told it was finally being sent after her giving various excuses why there was a delay. In June I followed up again as I still hadn’t received anything and I got “the parcel is lost scenario”. After looking through the other reviews and speaking to other disgruntled customers, for a relatively small company this lady has the worst luck in the world for parcels going missing?! Anyway, regardless I still didn’t receive anything even after she offered to make the tutu dress again and send ASAP.
At the beginning of July I asked for a refund, and it’s taken nearly 4 weeks of back and forward messaging because when she sent the money via PayPal her bank account wasn’t verified so the money was just showing as pending and never cleared. Eventually after sending my bank details over a week ago and her saying she would do it that day, I’ve had to chase up again and finally had the money refunded to me. She’s also said as a “goodwill gesture” she will make a tutu and send to me which is just pure lies and I am not expecting for one minute that’s what she will do, so why offer?
This lady has taken on far too much and how she has the audacity to advertise nearly everyday when she has literally so many people unhappy and waiting for items they’ve paid for and never received is baffling to me.

Unfortunately for her, my friend had also ordered a tutu dress from her a few weeks after me, and has also had the exact same experience with the same excuses and lies.

Avoid and go elsewhere if you want a tutu dress.

Absolute poor communication.

Ordered a 3-4 year tutu. Reassured I could pay for it by PayPal. Communication was great. The tutu was received in advance of the date I gave her and was beautiful. Can't fault the service recieved at all hence 5 stars.
