This is my 8th handbag from Zatchels.
First class company to deal with great customer service.
The quality of the leather is superb. Great colours and designs.
Full recommend I haven’t used any other companies since I found these.

I’m so satisfied and happy with my new bag. I really like how the leather is thick, the sewing details are beautiful, the way they wrote my initials is so elegant, and even the customer service was amazing.

I cannot recommend Zatchels enough. Their products are outstanding. Great design, extremely high quality materials and craftsmanship go into each one. Customer services are very helpful and knowledgeable. These are bags that will last a lifetime and will only get better looking over time. Delivery was on time and well packaged.

I've been a customer of Zachels for quite a long time. Such a lovely range of quality products; styled to suit every taste.
A very long time ago, as a teenager, I purchased a bag which I loved. Eventough the bag is long gone, the design of that bag stayed with me for many years.
Imagine my surprise, when recently perusing the Zatchels website, finding a very similar bag!!!
I couldn't resist purchasing the bag. I'm so delighted with this bag. Beautifully crafted to a very high standard.
I was not disappointed. It's the perfect size to stash your essentials. I maybe tempted to buy another in a different colour.

I am going to Australia for 3 weeks and I asked if Zatchels sold the shoulder straps for their Olmpia bag as I needed a longer one. The lovely Theresa responded and said as I was a repeat customer it would be FOC and asked what length I needed. Theresa was on hols and the lovely Tammy took over my request. Strap arrived with me a couple of days later. Amazing customer service and an all round amazing wonderful company ❤️❤️

Great bag great company went above & beyond to get my order to me on time before I left the country

Today I received the 3rd bag I have ordered this year from Zatchels, and I am very pleased with it. Lovely soft leather crossbody bag, a great colour, and can be used with or without the strap; and a very competitive price. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Superb quality and first class customer

I've been so dissapointed with my experience with Zatchels. I ordered a satchel and the leather edges were rough and unfinished, so that it scratches your hand when you try to use it. The seams were sewn on the outside so the bag collapses in on itself and has a really small volume. It was unlined and just really badly made. I knew that it would be unusable for me so I had to return it. The returns process has been difficult, I have to print off and fill out a long returns form and a returns label, and there's no word yet on how/when DHL will actually collect it. I had to pay postage originally and also for the return, so I'm nearly £10 down. They are definatly making the process as arduous as they can without breaking consumer law. I notice now that there are no reviews on their website, which might have warned me about the quality of this bag (maybe the other styles are finished better).

This is the third Zatchels bag I have purchased now as they are just fantastic quality and value. They delivered on time and beautifully packaged💕
