Absolutely brilliant customer service. They contacted me straight away to check this small bag would be big enough for me before they started production. I hadn't realised they were made to order and explained I needed it urgently for a wedding that weekend. They made and delivered it for me in 3 days rather than 2 weeks! Amazing!!
The bag was perfect. Beautifully made, big enough for my iPhone 14, lippy and sunglasses and I got lots of compliments on it.

Excellent service with exceptional prompt response to emails. All my queries answered in a timely manner. All questions answered politely really exceptional in the way they dealt with my concerns. Delivery arrived and the bag was wrapped perfectly with an amazing bag to contain the bag plus certificate. I will be buying this product again and introducing to friends. Gonna put it on my social media 😊

Beautiful and well made product which exceeded my expectations in terms of craftsmanship and great that it is handmade in Britain. Really pleased with my new laptop bag in British Racing Green which is getting lots of compliments. And when I contacted the company to find out about my order’s progress, they replied straight away, even though at the weekend, and I received my new bag safely and securely as promised.

Beautifully made & personalised. Sturdy ,high quality leather. Timeous delivery within outlined timescale. Customised with additional backpack straps as well as versatile cross body / shoulderstrap. Would definitely recommend.

Brian ! What can I say. Honestly he went truly above and beyond for me. My little boy was starting school and I wanted something that would last. Considering the price point I was sketchy but I thought it’s an investment. I wasn’t sure about a lot of things on the website. Brian was sooo helpful. My boy being petite Brian helped arrange shorter straps for his backpack. And even a custom pencil case to match his bag!

If you want the best experience for your children starting school. Especially something that’s hard and sturdy and that will last throughout their education years, I cannot recommend Zatchels enough. The bag speaks for itself. Great quality , so versatile, can be used so many ways so even when they get older, you can change it from a backpack, to a side bag or even just a handle bag.

Highly recommend

The quality of the product is excellent considering the price, especially compared to other brands. There is a huge choice of colours, too. I’ve had 3 bags from Zatchels and I’m delighted with all of them and if I’ve had a query their customer service has been really quick and helpful. The only issue has been the time taken to receive all 3 bags - when I ordered the third bag I was expecting this so it didn’t bother me! I’d not hesitate to order from them again- and no doubt will.

Satchel is just as described and size is just right for me. It took a little longer than estimated to be delivered but was worth the wait. I will definitely recommend them

Lovely well made satchel, made for life, I think that they could have sent me the odd update while I was waiting, it was a good job I chased up the order because they had a supply issue which delayed my order and didn't let me know. otherwise looking forward to getting old with my bag!
