I received a faulty necklace from this company; the clasp / chain broke the first time it was put on. We sent details and a photo and then returned the item in the post as per the company's request. It has been 3 months now and they are not responding to multiple attempts to contact them.

Very good company to deal with, helped with sending links to various requests.
I ordered a crucifix which was totally what I expected, the chain that came with it was very thin and flimsy , this was for a man and was not of any use.

What an excellent customer service, I ordered a ring for my son's birthday. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable, despite it being a sweet piece of jewellery. I returned the item and was refunded immediately. Will definitely use Zoe Kay again.

Zoe Kay have been absolutely fantastic throughout. They were informative and supportive whilst I was choosing my chain online. Unfortunately, the one that I selected wasn't exactly what I was looking for when I received it. Zoe Kay arranged an exchange and the turnaround on this was very quick and easy. When the second item arrived, it was the wrong length. Upon informing Zoe Kay they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. They sorted the problem quickly and professionally - they also refunded my postage for the item. The chain that I now have is perfect - great quality and a great price! I have just received my order (white gold child’s bracelet) – although it seemed a bit extravagant, I thought it would be a nice keepsake for my granddaughter. I am delighted with the item, having shopped around for a while. The prices on this site are very competitive and ordering was easy - I used the chat facility before completing my purchase as I had a couple of questions.
