Zong service is the worst! Their packages are expensive, internet useless, and calls always drop.Why are we paying so much when they don’t deliver what they promise?
I called customer service to complain, and the agent was so rude, he said “go to company and complain.” Like seriously? I’m calling you to complain! What a joke! Pakistan judiciary should take action against such fraud service.

I wish if there was zero star rating or in minus because that's what I would have given to zong in this review.

i am from Karachi using Zong Bolt + . last month on 14th of Sept 2025 the internet service was poor. I waited for a day and called on 15th to register a complain. the call center agent informed me that the services will be restored since there is work going on in my specific area. I waited for another 6-8 hours and then called again in the night. the call center agent told me that the services are good and there is no issue in the network. but since my internet package was expired i am unable to use it. I asked him again and again but he ensured it is due to my package expiry not their services that internet is not working. i immediately renewed the package. but the internet still dint work. i called the help line again on 17th of September. surprisingly the call center agent told me the same story that there is work going on in my area that is why i am unable to use the internet. this meant that the person in the night shift lied to me. i registered a complain about him. on which there the zong resolution department said no their customer service has told the right thing. what a solution to protect a lying staff who made me renew my package based on a false statement and Zong department supporting their staff falsehood. after a few day again the internet was suffering speed issue. 3-4 times i called and asked about the internet speed the call center agent asked to login and tell me the signals appearing on the weblink of 192....their proxy. which either showed 1 signal plus the downloading speed also was slow as per speed test . all these are recorded. the last complain i made to zong team about speed their answer is that they are providing 4G and their speed is good and the complain was closed. there is no proper resolution of complain and thier follow up is only a auto call . pathetic follow up on how to follow up on customer and give splutions.

Very bad, I skip Zomg forever, Please dont use Zong

I had an extremely disappointing experience with multiple Zong franchises while trying to disown a SIM registered on my CNIC. Instead of helping, the staff continuously gave false excuses like:

"Disowning isn't possible"

"Our system doesn't allow it"

"Buy a new SIM to block the old one"

This is clearly an attempt to force customers into buying new SIMs unnecessarily. I visited 3 different Zong outlets (Rashidabad, Chowk Kachahri, and Chowk Kumhara) and all of them refused to process my legal request, even after I told them it’s my PTA-backed right.

Their behavior is unethical, manipulative, and deceptive. This kind of forced selling of services and denial of basic customer rights is a serious red flag.

I urge Zong and PTA to investigate these practices. It’s sad that instead of helping loyal customers, Zong staff seem more interested in scamming them into buying services they don’t need.

took their 1 hours package worked for 5 minutes then gone and I checked just used 10mbs out of 1gb & package was expired at 1 hour then again purchased 2 hour package they did the same totally scammers

ZONG Internet in Kohat is a Joke

ZONG's internet service in Kohat has been terrible for over a year now. For the past 4 days, there’s been no signal at all, no calls, no internet. And this isn’t a one-time issue. The network is constantly unreliable. Their call center is completely useless, giving the same excuses every time with zero action. Worst service ever.

I am leaving in Nathigali village Kari safrali people of Kari safrali facing lots of problems internet in call there is no network no any boster in this town population of this town all
Most 40 thousand but most of the area is no network I was thinking
World is using 5G and 6G is now coming but honestly I am using Zong network but totally Rabbis

Bakwas roaming

Pathatic network in islamabad. False claim of roaming. I have been using in Islamabad but now it's network are too much down even call not works smooth they are idiots un professional and don't even try to resolve problem.
I visited Australia and paid them 5K roaming package they deducted for two months but roaming never worked I called them emailed them took too much pain and finally they emailed me that roaming is not working in Australia and they unsubscribed my package but they said we don't have refund policy. They are fraud fraud fraud stay away from zong

Worst company with the worst services!
Misguide the customers completely with false advertising. All they care about is money and they eat it up without any remorse! Absolutely pathetic

Very poor connection and poor internet

The service is mediocre but the most problem I have is with pricing they are so greedy and hungry they increase their bundle price every month by 50 to 100 with no changes to bundle whatsoever so I'm supposed to pay 1100 for the same bundle which I paid 600 few months ago this is absurd and will never bejustified by today's economy
