Terrible Service support, could not deliver and did nothing to assist and clearly did not care. The blamed DHL who are just as bad , Cold and Steely Support team think they can end your troubles with a derisory discount. So no more Zooplus for us and there are many others to choose from.

I used buy from zooplus. Recently I realized the service got deteriorated. For the last purchase, I ordered 198 tubes of Mi Amor Malta and I paid EUR41,97 for this. They sent me only 18 tubes which is only EUR4.47. Zooplus doesnt even have phone number. Only via their web site I could contact them. When I complained they reimbursed me EUR24.16. They should reimburse me EUR 37.5. I complained 3 times but they sent me 2 times email saying that they reimbursed EUR24.16 and it is enough for them. They act like thief. No way I could even talk to them.

I've been using Zooplus for a few years. Orders are always despatched quickly, their prices are so competitive and delivery costs reasonable. Yesterday, I had an issue with an order (not the fault of Zooplus), I contacted customer services and the problem was dealt with in a professional and compassionate manner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent range of items, good prices and good customer service. Ordered many times now and always send quick. I ordered a litter tray which arrived broken and immediately they sent me another one.

Been using them for a few years now. Reasonably priced, delivery usually 5 days. Overall will continue to use as ordering a lot of heavy bags makes it convenient to be delivered to me. I had one bag broken and they sent a replacement.

I was pleased with zooplus when I used them in the UK. I have now been using zooplus Spain (Fuerteventura) for a few months now and I am very pleased. I had 1 of my 2 packages go missing over Christmas. I emailed customer services and they got back to me within 24 hours to say they were sending a replacement and should the other one arrive, to refuse delivery for it to be returned. I have already recommended this company to all my friends that have pets.

I'm buying wet food, dry food, treats, bowls, toys and beds for my cats there since many years and am always satisfied with the service. And the delivery is usually very fast!
I live quite far from "civilisation" so it's very convenient to get everything delivered directly to my door!

items are great quality and price. delivery is always on time.
whenever i have needed to return an item through a fault of my own, it has been easy to do, and on occasions full refund has been given without need to return an item, instead i have donated to dog shelters instead at their request.

Have purchased a lot from this company, saved me half of the cost of what I used to pay for pet food. Overall very happy, the only thing that I find is they try to send too much in one large box and things can get squashed and broken. Would be better if there were a few smaller boxes sent. When I have contacted customer service about things being damaged there has been no objections and they have rectified the problem immediately. Will continue to buy from them as they sell quality products at great prices.

Incredible lack of respect when you contact the customer service. You loose your time explaining that you chose a delivery at the post office and they answer " the package was returned as the carrier went to your home and you were not there " , they dont even read your mail..there is always a problem to get the package home and rarely a solution....

De to packaging problems some products arrive in bad conditions. Customer service alway respond but is frustrating getting broken products.

Beware when buying from Zooplus if you order itens other than food. Due to poor packaging itens may arrive broken or damaged. Also expect to wait a long time before your order arrives.
