Have asked for a refund they said they only give a 50percent refund. What is that it don't work like they says should be replaced would give negative five stars if I could this is the trashes watch ever could have got a better one at the dollar store this company needs to answer for their product but just keeps giving the run around a class act law suit needs to be put against them.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUY A BETTER WATCH NOT THEIRS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Cheaply made and no warranty

It's no comparison to an Apple watch! It doesn't come with any instructions, nor were any online and my husband's band broke after 9 months. Customer service is useless and the warranty is 30 days. It took more than 30 days to arrive meaning they can send you garbage and there's nothing you can do about it.

*Read if you want your money back*

*Read if you want your money back*
I would be giving them no stars if I could. I bought this watch as I was looking for a good gym watch. The face it was endorsed by TOMMY FURY made me believe I was getting a good deal. The watch arrived with no charger and would not power up. I contacted the company and asked for a full refund. They gave me an address in France to return the product to which I did and then supplied them with a tracking number. That is where the communication ended. I constantly emailed and asked them for an update and have never received an email back. Not only am I out of pocket with the purchase but also with the return postage.
I have today spoken with my bank, Halifax, and they are processing a refund for me. They have stated they will try and contact the company and should they not receive any correspondence a refund will be processed. I have also got in touch with Tommy Furies managing company, off-limits and I’m waiting to see if a reply from them.
It seems like many people have been taken for a ride with this company, please don’t sit down and take it. Try and do as much as you can to get your money back. Contact your bank and email off limits to try and get them to act on this as they have a responsibility for what they endorse. Good luck people.

Frustrated like so many others

I have tried to contact this company to return my watches.
First I ordered one watch and they shipped me three and charged me for them. I tried to cancel my order immediately and they shipped them anyway in spite of their policy than one can cancel within 48 hours.I tried sending an email for a refund and have not received a reply.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Please do not buy this watch, I brought it without looking at the reviews BIG mistake. It was being endorsed by Tommy Fury.......the company is appalling, I received my watch without a charger....so no good to anyone. If I thought I'd get a refund I'd return it but customer service do not reply to emails. I will be contacting Trading Standards. Had to put a star just to write this. DO NOT GET CONNED LIKE I DID

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered an "X WATCH" and when it came it was nothing like the description, and I didn't receive a charger either! The watch took around a month to arrive and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Stay clear of this company!!

Please do not waste your time and…

Please do not waste your time and particularly, you hard earned money to buy this watch. The band can separate from watch in days and the battery life is horrible horrible ( i promise you may as well buy yourself a battery pack to charge it every 2.5 hrs or better buy an Amazfit smartwatch instead). It takes 6 weeks to get it and after wearing it for a 3 week with numerous issues i couldn't return it because the 30 day return policy was out of the window, even before i got it. It's a garbage and awful to even think of comparing to apple smartwatch

Ordered one over a month ago

Ordered one over a month ago. Still haven’t got it. They use Hermes for delivery. The most useless logistics company in the world. Hermes website says it has been delivered but you cannot contact them to query it. They say you have to contact the retailer. When I emailed hyper tech, they tell me to contact the post office. Why would the post office have a parcel that Hermes say they have delivered????

4 X-Watches refunded

I bought four X-Watches, in a special deal, and have obtained a refund of the purchase price less original postage - A$394 - with which I am financially content. Correspondence with the company was prompt, in good English and courteous. This was my final email:

Dear ...
Thank you for your prompt response. I wish to return all four watches and request a refund of:
• purchase price, A$414.99
• international transaction fee, A$12.45
• postage, as you will see upon receipt

Please confirm that you will provide this refund upon receipt of the watches at the Ferntree Gully address and inform me of how you to wish to pay the refund (for example, a credit to my Visa account—details in an attachment).

The items were delivered more than 30 days ago. The grounds for requesting a refund are now the Australian Consumer Law [link supplied] and the 1-year warranty against defects. The 30-day period for a refund cannot limit the customer’s entitlements under the Australian Consumer Law and the 1-year warranty.

My request is made principally under the Australian Consumer Law, that the items are not fit for purpose.

The main reason for this request is, as I have already notified you, inadequacy of the User Manual. That of course applies to all of the watches that I have purchased, so that I wish to return all four of them. One watch has been slightly used but is unmarked; the other three have not been unpacked.

The User Manual is inadequate in that
1. the functions that it covers are not covered sufficiently
2. the English translation (I do not know Chinese) is so bad as to be frequently incomprehensible, so that there is ineffective access even to the functions that are covered
3. many functions are not covered.

In addition, the Bluetooth handshake is incomplete. The watch does not recognise it and my mobile phone recognises it only partially—even though my phone is state of the art (iPhoneX) with IOS fully up to date.

This might be a manufacturing defect only in the watch that I have used, but I feel sure you would not like me to use another watch in order to compare.

You have offered to answer any questions I may have. However:
1. that would involve very many questions, perhaps over several months of use, and
2. in view of the poor English translation of the User Manual, it is impossible to be confident that the answers would be reliable.

Documentation attached:
1. Extracts from a Visa card statement, showing payment on 21 January 2020 of full purchase price A$414.99 and international transaction fee A$12.45. (The purchase was made through PayPal, but the record in PayPal does not go back this far.)
2. Copies of all emails concerning this purchase. Your email of 13 April 2020 refers to completion of delivery, although the new tracking number concerns a different customer.
3. Screen shot of a tracking notification, showing:
a. carrier: DHL eCommerce Asia
b. tracking number: [...]
4. I do not have further documentation of receipt. Owing to Covid-19, the items were delivered without personal contact and the packaging was immediately destroyed.

I look forward to hearing that you agree to my request.

X-watch review

When the watch arrived there was no indication with it that it was a x-watch. The pulse rate was very inaccurate perhaps because I have a pace maker. A number of the functions would not work properly. A few weeks later the screen became increasingly insensitive to touch and finally the screen would and still will not even illuminate. Also when it was functioning the battery life was only good for about 24 hours. Despite the statements on advertising this watch turned out to be a waste of money and I would suggest no one purchase the x-watch.

Stopped working in less than 2 weeks after receiving it.

I received this watch less than 2 weeks ago and was great to start with but then noticed it was adding on loads of steps when I had not moved then 2 days ago the screen stuck and won’t change even though battery was charged. I can now only use it as a watch if it decides to light up at all. Am very upset after reading reviews elsewhere I thought it would be okay. Now realise this is not a good watch and have wasted my money. I want to return it but don’t trust that I will receive a refund from what I have read on this site.

I’ve had this watch less than 6 months…

I’ve had this watch less than 6 months and it stopped working. After they asked for a video, what, showing the watch doesn’t work, I sent several which they said they couldn’t view. Then they sent an email stating they wouldn’t replace it because I hadn’t bought a warranty.
