Terrible service asked to cancel! Won’t let me not sure way? Think 5 months waiting justifies a refund!!

This is just what was called the Ewatch previously. Well marketed but a serious underperformed. Don’t bother. Avoid the disappointment.

I got sucked in looking at the fantastic web pictures and video . I ordered mine 38 days ago and still haven't got it . Emails sent and each one has the same reply
Please leave a few days for tracking to update !!!!

This company is a complete CON

It doesn't even deserve one star, cheap rubbish, hardly any functionality and lucky to get even 10hrs from a full battery charge. Customer support don't want to know.....complete rip off. Don't waste your money!!

My daughters Garmin Vívofit Junior is better technology. Save your money for an Apple Watch.

THE WATCH IS A PEACE OF SH#T.

I bought one for my mum and dad. They said it was pretty good for an Apple Watch lookalike. However after 3-4 weeks the watch band snapped on both and they each stopped working because they went in the rain. Advertising are crap lies. I still can’t get my money back. BE WARNED

I ordered two, one for me and one for my godmother. Note that it took more than 1 month to be delivered, and they said 15 days max.

Both have issues. They are kinda laggy, the 'watch style' is terrible (the fancy ones you may saw in any website are mostly just pictures without any actual functionality, like heart tracker, it's just still), battery dies fast (even without using it AND bluetooth turned off), some letters in messages appear as white squares (simple Greek letters, they are recognized, that's the weird thing). And I got them just two days. Who knows what's going to happen in 1 month?

As I'm typing this message, I'm waiting for their customer support to explain. And the funny thing, they insist to send a video, explaining the problem. A problem that cannot be shown in video. But since I'm this close to send them back and ask for a refund, I will do it.

And one last thing, since I am an honest person, I will let them know about this review. Here an on any other rating site.

I bought two. One button stopped working other band snapped. Bought another two Daughter swimming and now not working. Fake advertising. And there customer service is unacceptable. Do not reply do fix the issues and ignore. Rather go for apple and pay the price. Now need to save to do that for my daughter not for me. I’ll stay with my analog. Very disappointing

After having paid for the watch at the end of November 2019 I collected it from the post office on 10.01.2020. With high expectations I unpacked and charged the phone. Battery life at best 10-12 hours when using the most economical setting. This is not the promised 3 - 5 days. With this short battery life the phone has no value for me. Other than that I do like the feel, built and functions.

Battery didn’t last a full day, lat alone a week.
Dont waste your time, to think the resources that go into manufacturing and transporting then returning junk...I did receive refund, after I said no to %5 discount.

Battery life is definitely not 1 week. More like one day maybe two. Fortunately I can charge it in my car. So far have not tried all the features but will check steps against my Garmin.

This watch is total junk. There is nothing good about it, even the watch face options are rubbish. Wasted my money on this one! Don't buy one, set fire to your money instead!

This watch doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
It didn’t last 24 hours. Just like the other reviews, functions didn’t work properly, heart rate was rubbish. It kept reading in the 70-80s when I know my heart rate is in the 40-50 range. It stopped syncing many times even though my iPhone was next to it. Most apps on phone didn’t work, so on and so forth. It eventually died this afternoon and I can’t switch it back on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY folks. I’m treating myself to an original Apple Watch now.
Postscript to this review is the company offered a replacement or refund With an apology, so I accepted a refund which was promptly deposited back into my account.
So my STAR RATING remains ONE star for the product, but their service was always prompt, so therefore that get 5 stars.

Absolutely rubbish
Shipping took 45 days, and guess what ecg function always shows same data, heart bites not accurate at all, other applications not working properly, if I could would return it, just don’t don’t don’t by it, wasting money.

This are a article only dedicated only to generate traffic, but with standar solutions. not show new solutions.

Some things work but some do not. In particular the hear rate monitor is rubbish .. it provides nonsense readings (I tested it against a normal sports monitor) .. when i challenged the company on this point their first response was to offer me a discount not to cancel the order and send the product back! There is no operating manual other than the bit of paper that comes with the watch - functions have very limited adjust-ability ie date format is fixed in the american MMDDYY style for numeric faces. Buy a real watch and not a low cost copy where the claims are not supported. My mistake this time.
