4⭐️ To the Customer Service

I ordered XWatch after reading the specs. which resembled that of.. Apple’s. Having read negative reviews about the seller on trustpilot, and finding compatible T500 smartwatch at the price thrice cheaper from Lazada Malaysia, I cancelled my order.

After exchanging 3 emails with Customer Service reps, I got my refund within a week. That explains the 4⭐️.

Regards.

Total junk every review you read how…

Total junk every review you read how bad it is,believe me it is very true. The batteries don't last more than 12 hrs. I complained enough about it they sent me another watch same thing 12 hours on battery so i have two worthless watches for the price of one

Fake sensors and lying about the specs

So they say you the battery life is 3-5 hours and i left it for a night without touching it and it was at half the battery life. The heartbeat sensor is fake if you use it when it isn’t on your arm it stil “messures” it at 70-90. There is a messages app and when you open it is says currently not available so you know it is just for showing it can be used for sending messages. The worst watch I ever had.

Stear Clear of this

Stear Clear of this, advertised as Xwatch but its no different to any other series 5 rubbish. Lasts 24 to 48 hours tops. Bluetooth won't hold its connection, so constantly disconnecting. Syncs to phone book and call log, yet fails with messages. Rip off, and customer service just fob you off requesting video clips. Only upside was the that I answered my phone once and spoke to watch rather than mobile phone, however it would be nice if it picked up messages. BASICALLY NOT QUITE THERE IN TERMS OF WHAT THEY CLAIM IT DOES.

Never received the watch

Never received the watch. Waited 3 months and no watch. Finally got company to refund my money. The company has to do something about shipping the product. No watch is worth waiting 3 months for.

Regardless of all the negative reviews…

Regardless of all the negative reviews on here i am putting my experience to it...Yes they do take forever to arrive (over a month) but apart from them connecting via bluetooth and not wifi i dont have any real issues.
A full charge lasts me at least 48 hrs to 2 hours of charge. Its easy to use and seems to do what i expected...It alerts you and allows you to review any messages received and also allows you to make and receive calls on without touching your handset. The downside for me is that i cant charge it with my phone which allows wireless charging to which i was made to believe it would. Apart from that its ok...Im assuming most of the other reviews are made by rival (and more expensive) companies.
If you have high expectations then maybe pay top £££ for something different.
