Absolutely crap. I’ve bought 2 of them hoping to make a beautiful gift, but none of them works. It took 40 days to ship and they are absolutely rubbish. I’ve contacted the customer service and refund is not possible. I would call the police

Charged it fully several times on a daily basis ( I have it 3 days) without using it for any activity and battery just died. Not happy with it at all. I have the Fitbit watch and will now stick with it. Would return the Xwatch for refund if that was possible.

Terrible manual. I expect the USB port cover to break off. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Wish I could get my money back.

Not worth the money some apps won’t sync with iPhone battery does not last 24hours there’s no information for returns no customer service or contact details do not buy it’s just a rip off pleased I paid with credit card so should get my money back

This is a total scam
battery life max 1 day if you get lucky
strap to small for my wrist;can even put it on connecting to the very last hole
This kind of watch you can by on AlyExpress between 10 and 45 dollars.

All the bad reviews on the XWatch are correct, took over 30 days to deliver this rubbish, I have to charge it 3 times a day and it has very basic apps, total waste of money.
Trust the bad ratings and DO NOT PURCHASE this rubbish

This is a crap product do not think of buying it. The strap is so short my son could not put it on and rejected it. I have completely wasted my money and feel very bad about it. This is a total and utter scam.

Do not buy this watch. Don't waste your time reading a review why not. It's rubbish.

I brought two of these and on the surface they are great however battery lasts only 24 hours at the best, delivery took for ages and when I asked the seller Hyperstech about the false battery time advertisement they told me that the warranty has run out because according to them warranty starts when you order the item, it took 5 weeks to reach me, buyers be warned

Took weeks to arrive but missed the Christmas present reason for buying.
I bought three on the buy two and get one free offer. If a product appears too good to be true then it probably is. I can’t believe that I actually fell for this watch offer. I charged the watch fully didn’t even wear it and the charge had gone within half a day! Utter rubbish BEWARE Sent mine back and got a refund

Utter crap product. Battery lasts a day and other apps don't work as advertised! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!

bellow 1 star did not arrive in the 15 days took 2 months. then arrived in totally different packaging than advertised. hard to connect to phone, will not do messages, battery life is less than 1 day if I had seen all the honest reviews I never would have bought them. I got 2 as was cheaper than 1. hubby is quite disappointed also. was a Christmas gift and the heart rate will not track all day unless you turn it on and that just kills the battery. glad I didn't pay too much for this and will give to my grandkids to play with. The app is also less than complete and hard to sync to. when I ordered this it was just out in advertising and no reviews but as time went on I noticed the xwatch was the same as the mwatch and another just like it. the adds were exactly the same picture and words etc.also said was from a European company but is from China. cheap cheap cheasp. no use in sending back as would take over 3 months and cost a lot so stuck with a piece of **^% . very disappointed

Not an XWatch, what is an XWatch? It’s just a cheap “Smart Watch” you can buy them from all sorts of online shops, between £10 - £20 nothing like you pay for XWatch. It’s a scam, a con, it’s just straight THEFT.

Looks the part but apart from showing the time nothing seems to work at all so nothing fron heart or sleep function andno contact sync! Battery life is less than 24hrs! ery disappointed but I suppose you get what you pay for!

Got my money refunded but cost me the postage!

Very slow delivery time,not 15 days as stated.Battery life very poor lucky to get one day. No decent instructions with it. Would not recommend to anyone

Delivery is slow, they send you a tracking number which is fine, however this doesn't mean that it has been sent, there email states upto 15 days not sure if this was the same for anyone else but it took near a month to receive mine. So received the watch, first impression really nice, looks good and feels good. Usage really poor, I go to work for about 4am by around 1 - 2 pm it has no power. Half the time it's not connected to my phone, so its not like I'm using it to make calls, or receiving messages. So overall it's just a digital watch. There customer services are shocking they are no help at all, if you are considering buying one of these, I would suggest paying a little more and getting better brand they are out there.

I have many issues with this watch. Firstly the indicated delivery time was pure fiction. Ordered it on 16 Nov 2019 , it was finally delivered on 3rd January 2020. Battery time was pure fiction, 3 days it said, having it on power save mode and literally only using it to check time, i averaged 22 hours. The on off button became erratic, it became difficult to check the time, with up to 6 or more presses to get screen on. Meant to be water proof, one shower knocked that out , screen was distorted.
I paid €100 which i reckon was about €90 over the odds, it only worth €10.
I have binned it today , as it was pure crap. Lesson learned..only buy where you know it has some sort of quality control. I am giving it 1 star as i can't give it zero stars

Complete crap , Chinese rip off , mine overheated and stopped working
