Where do I start?

Where do I start. Firstly, if you want one of these, the exact same model is for sale in our local petrol station for £9.99 so save yourself money, delivery delays and any sense of anticipation by going to Esso. All of the good reviews on-line are fake so this is an object lesson in ‘if it looks too good to be true... »

Two month waiting period

Two month waiting period. I do not recommend this watch. Still trying to change language to english and can't. Have not been able to pair because I can't change the language. Instruction is sparse and incomplete. They should put a video on You tube and show us how to work the watch. Icons are not described so it's hard to know which to use. Do not waste your money and if you still want one I bought three and will be glad to send you one. Worthless to me.Do Not expect help from pay-pal they keep stalling until you get your order. I will not use pay-pal again as they work for the seller not the buyer. Screwed me royally.

I got an Xwatch. It’s crap

I got an Xwatch. It is useless. The app will not download. Bluetooth locks out the phone. There is no heart monitor. Sleep mode is crap, you have to turn it on and off. Only calculates time of on & off. Band burly fits my wrist. You can’t see it in daylight. Biggest wast of money ever. Can’t get proper support.

Crap

Crap, worthless, do not buy this piece of junk. Took over 5 weeks to arrive so not in time for Christmas, although I was promised it would be. Charged it fully at 8am, left it on the table as my son wasn't in to wear it and it was dead at 4pm without it being used. Trying to get my money back. Anyone had any luck with that?

Another Sucker

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. the only thing worse than the junk watches I received is the shipping time. I ordered on 1 DEC and had to get pay pal involved to even get the watches shipped to me. NOTE: they had no problem charging my card 197.00 on 1 DEC. I ordered these for Christmas gifts, they arrived 6 JAN. In smashed, cheap paper "boxes" with the watch in a thin plastic tray, they included broken English, miniature instructions. The scam review/order sites claim they support Andriod and IOS phones, with a battery life of seven days. They will not import my contact list, the message (SMS) says "not supported" the band is way too short and rubber junk. The speaker is a joke, so basically I bought ten dollar junk watches to tell the time... They will not perform any of the other items expected from a watch that their claims on their sites say are equal to or better than an I watch. The only saving grace is they did not arrive in time for me to give these as gifts as I originally planned, I would be humiliated and embarrassed if I had given these to anyone.
Please don't be a sucker like me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS NON-RETURNABLE JUNK
(their support e-mail does not work, and their return policy is a joke)

Best Marketing Scam Ever!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but this is the best marketing scam I have seen for a while. It looks great, but really doesn't do much, other than tell the time. Text Messages do not work, a separate app is required to setup the watch, the battery life is poor, and I haven't tested to determine whether it is waterproof or not ... although it doesn't really matter one way or the other, since the watch doesn't do much anyway. Don't waste your money.

Really wouldn’t give any stars

Really wouldn’t give any stars. Finally got the watch today that I ordered on November 22. Piece of crap at its finest. Strap is too short. I had to pay for apps put on the watch. PayPal has been a disappointment in helping with this case. I opened case after Christmas and watch didn’t ship until the 28th of December. The would not help get my money back just kept pushing resolution date farther up. Can’t send the paper weight back. I am out 144.00 for watch and apps.

Be very aware, hype doesn't match reality.

As others have advised inordinate delays in arriving. Battery life pretty poor. Strap can't be changed and largely uncomfortable. Wanted to replace fit-bit but doesn't do enough to warrant losing the fit-bit. General aspects okay but not worth £80....I'd avoid, the hype doesn't match reality.

This watch and its manufacturer are fake and cheaters

This watch and its manufacturer are both fake. The only thing good about is the look. Time is not auto synce'd, hear rate monitor is fake, it would still register without you wearing it, ECG monitor is fake; shows same graph every time. IPhone wont sync, contacts would not be imported, notification would not work, etc., list is long I, like others, got sucked into reading company's false claims when I should have researched the reviews first. The company should be blacklisted as they are giving false reading to people about their heart conditions/heart rate, ECG which is dangerous. I urge people to dont throw away their money as it cannot be refunded. I wish I can get my money back. If company is reading my review, please contact me.

ome one from the team would get in contact with you regarding the same within 24 Hours.

I should have read this site first before wasting 297 USD.

Update:

I got my money back. I files a dispute with PayPal, telling them the specifics about how the battery didn't last like they said. I also took the watch to my doctors office and they told me the ecg and heart rate were a joke.

File a dispute, put these scammers out of business.
