Customer service is a joke. I was wrong suspended for “impersonation” and am a PAYING PREMIUM USER. Still no response from them after a week. Absolutely insane, I’ve never been so disappointed in Elon

This app is a joke. A mind-numbing, woke-infested, censorship machine. All it does is shove the daily agenda in your face — endless crime stories, victimhood porn, and you’re supposed to clap and call it “inspiring.” Say one honest thing that doesn’t fit their narrative? Boom, you’re suspended. Freedom of speech? Deleted.
And don’t even think about reacting to Gaza or anything real — show an explosion, express emotion, and suddenly you’re the villain. You heartless monster, how dare you feel something they don’t approve of?
They want you to be a smiling zombie 24/7, fed with “positivity” while they erase your brain one notification at a time. Their trans narrative didn’t sell anymore, so now it’s a new mental manipulation campaign — just as toxic, just as fake.
I deleted the app and every other clone like it. They can all rot. No one wants to live in a digital daycare run by woke bots. You’re not saving the world, you’re ruining it — one censored thought at a time.

In January, my account was suspended for no reason. It seems it was incorrectly flagged as a bot (a rate limit was applied just before it was suspended). What's the point of working on your account if it's suddenly suspended and you lose all the progress? I've filed several appeals, but haven't received a response, not even a single email.

X's algorithm deliberately limits the visibility of tweets from accounts that haven't subscribed to a premium subscription.

By "premium subscription," I mean total freedom on everything and without word limits: visible to all, insults, threats, racism, xenophobia, pornographic images, videos, disinformation... in short, you can do anything for all to see, and Elon Musk's team has your back.

Otherwise, no premium = you're limited on the number of words and the visibility of what you write, even if it's interesting.

Then, they say that Elon Musk defends freedom of expression; he's just defending his wallet. Run, man, I won't pay tomorrow. 😂

Cesspool of hate and division. When are users going to realize these media companies are only interested in money. Everyone should stop using these lousy money grubbing social media media companies. Period.

Absolutely appalling support. Both my personal, and business account was hacked, and I changed my password, but the hackers managed to enable 2fa on both accounts, so I can’t access either of them. I’ve contacted X support team about this, and both times dismissed me and told me that I’m wrong and that I can login??? Then I emailed back, and both times never got an email back. This was nearly a month ago, still no reply. I am extremely annoyed about this situation, as X support is genuinely terrible. If you’re looking for a platform that will help you recover hacked accounts, this isn’t the one for you.

Since Musk took over it's swamped with hatred, misinformation, and disinformation.

Much of this is from foreign adversaries, like Russia.

They really just don't care anymore.

What was once a fun, social platform for healthy debate and opinion sharing has become a radical platform for extreme hate and division. After 15 years, it's time to call it a day. RIP Twitter.

Under the toxic hand of Elon Musk X has degenerated into a vanity platform to broadcast his own very weird, disturbing and destructive views.

This attention-craving narcissist is only really interested in free speech if it’s the very loud sound of his own voice that’s speaking. So expect to have your account suspended when this whining, temper tantrum child of a man feels threatened or contradicted by you.

Expect a snake pit of hate, misinformation and outright lies. Expect a grotesque echo chamber for the sad, the mad and the very bad. Expect the polar opposite of everything that is good and true and decent in the world.

But you deserve better than this car crash of anti-social media. Join me and delete your account if you value the truth, your sanity and integrity and give this unbalanced false Messiah the finger.
