XCloud is a great platform but..

XCloud is a great platform but... Sadly, what lets it down the most is Support. When you have a critical incident related to website security, you need a robust, fast pro-active response.

What I had is a slow, lackadaisical response to multiple infections across websites on my server.

Not impressed one little bit!

They appeared to want me to prove what kind of issue it was instead of pro-actively jumping on the problem.

After reviewing the related tickets, we found that this was not an actual server security compromise, but rather a false alarm caused by a misinterpretation of the issue. That should have been clarified much earlier, and we are sorry for the confusion and concern this caused.

We understand that when security is involved, speed, clarity, and confidence matter just as much as the technical findings. In this case, we did not meet the standard we aim for in how we communicated the situation, and we take that seriously.

Even though I’m not familiar with every…

Even though I’m not familiar with every feature yet, I’m already seeing major performance improvements compared to my old (shared) hosting. The dashboard looks very promising in terms of ease of use, monitoring, and quick actions. And if you get stuck, support helps you quickly and properly. First impression: I’m really happy I made the switch!

Even on a Sunday, tech team is available.

Even on a Sunday, my issue was solved within 30min.
My n8n upgrade had corrupted. All my automations halted. Restoring backups didn't help. But support was able to solve it on 2min after they started checking.

This is fantastic!!!

This is fantastic! I was able to spin up an AI Assistant in 15 minutes as advertised. Set up Telegram, got an email address, hooked up my Google Drive, created a 5-day webinar . . . and that was just this morning! The support was excellent especially after I poked around in there and broke it. 😂 If you’re a techie (or not) and just want something that works, get this!!! 😂 Thanks Xcloud!!!

I have moved all our sites from…

I have moved all our sites from Siteground to xcloud and could not be happier. We have been with xcloud now for a year and everything works as expected and even better. Features are added in an almost frantic pace, the support team was always there immediately, when I need anything (even if I didnt need many things so far) and working with the panel is a pleasure. Highly recommende. Switching to xcloud was one of the best decisions I have made in my digital life.

I had the issue with my server - it showed it is disconnected and I cannot manage it

I had the issue with my server - it started to show that the server is disconnected. The support team was working with me for 2 days to get it back connected to xCloud without needing to delete and recreate it back.
Happy with the customer service and their prompt reactions.

I got XCloud's Openclaw managed hosting…

I got XCloud's Openclaw managed hosting service, i messed up something during chatting with my bot, could not launch it after. xCloud to the rescue. They helped me fix it where i didn't have to delete and re-install the server or openclaw. Shout out to Sheri and the team for the exceptional and quick support. If you're trying out openclaw but are not "techy enough" like me and would just want to get over with it and start using, I highly recommend xCloud.

Easy shift from shared Webhost to my own Server ..

As I needed a shift from a shared webhosting (which works very well and fast) to a server because of a community and a shopping cart I first tried "plesk" to manage it.
But for my needs I was looking for a more easier solution with much less stress when it comes to security packages, updates ,...
I discovered xcloud and gave it a try.
xcloud.host does not provide all the possiblities of plesk (which I don't need anyway).
And the support was able to tune my system to my needs.
The easy setup and most of all the superb support was the killer.
If I need an enhancement or a fine tuning of caching the support is just a click away.
Great.

Incredible support that went completely above and beyond!

I recently experienced a critical issue where my MariaDB service crashed and refused to start. I reached out to xCloud support, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Because I use my own hosting infrastructure and xCloud just manages the server via their panel, this hardware-level issue actually fell completely outside of their standard scope of support.

Instead of turning me away and telling me to talk to my hosting provider, Cassandra and the xCloud team stepped in and saved my data. They have done a full database dump, testing the SQL file on a separate test server to verify its integrity, and finally safely restoring it. They mitigated a massive disaster for me.

It is incredibly rare to find a tech company that cares this much about its customers and is willing to work outside their obligations to prevent data loss. If you are looking for a server management panel with a team that truly has your back, xCloud is it. Massive thanks to whole support team!

xCloud Turned My Server Into a Performance Monster

xCloud is honestly cracked if you care about speed, control, and not babysitting servers all day. I moved my stack over and within minutes it felt like I upgraded hardware without paying for it. The UI is clean, fast, and actually built for people who know what they are doing, but it never gets in your way. OpenLiteSpeed, caching, staging, backups, security, all of it just works and feels dialed in. Deployments are stupid fast, performance gains are real not marketing fluff, and I finally feel like I am driving the server instead of fighting it. If you are serious about WordPress, performance, and scaling without losing your sanity, xCloud is a no brainer.

XCloud support has gone above and beyond!! They helped me with an issue from a site I inherited that was custom made. The developers had written some bad code, but the xCloud team jumped in and helped me debug. I dont know what I would have done without them... 100% reccomend them!

We worked directly on this case using the information you provided and spent considerable time isolating and fixing the root cause rather than relying on automated checks. Confirmation and verification were shared once the fix was completed.

Having tried many others like Runcloud, I haven't seen any other come close - especially when it comes to Wordpress but now also with other apps like Node.js hosting.
