We see that your parcel was delivered within the estimated delivery period so we regret to hear that you were not satistfied with the shipping process.
Some articles do take longer than the standard 2-5 business days though. This happens when the product needs to come from an external supplier. If this is the case, the customer is informed about the delivery date in the shopping basket.

Jeans to large 38/34, easy return with return label on site ( free)
Ordered smaller cargo pants: good fit and quality
36/34 for the cargo is the same size as my usual jeans ( according to size chart should be 38/34..so size chart is one size off for me )
Also fast delivery.
