I have order on the 13 november

I have order on the 13 november, and
Today i am waiting m’y order, 6 weeks. already.
And no information, no at all..
I have always thé same message Telling me than they will contact me where thé order will get out from the warehous.
Be careful, the customer service is a computer..

Disappointed

The packaging was really bad. Not the transporter fault, but you're in cause; The big one was ok, but inside packages were already opened, knee sliders were on each side. First aid kit box was opened. It's a detail, but gives a bad impression. Paddock stand looks cheap but does the job. Can go for the front and the back of the bike ! Carpet is really big and does the job.
I hope I'll never have to use first aid kit..but it looks good. I won't order on this website again, because every "original price" is way too high, for everything. Tyres, helmet, gloves, original prices are b*llshit. Looks a bit like a dropshipping website. (I know it isn't, but looks like)
Delivery time was 2 weeks, ordered on black friday

Everything Excellent

Very smooth. Order delivered very promptly and no extra charges for delivery to Switzerland. Would definitely recommend this vendor

Ordered Alpinestars, received Honda-Alpinestars

Ordered Alpinestars Drystar trousers. They arrived well. But they were a "Honda genuine branded" product!

Nowhere in written description mentioned Honda. There is a prominent Honda logo on the left thigh. I don't ride a Honda and have no interest in wearing Honda clothing!

There were about 7 photos. Only two had any part of the logo visible but none completely so unless you are looking for it you would not see it easily. It is highly obscured.

I complained that I didn't knowingly order a Honda branded product and that Honda featured nowhere in the description, and that there was no clear photo.

All I asked for was maybe a discount off a future purchase or would they let me exchange but refund my CHF 15 delivery fee, which I think was perfectly fair.

They squarely called it as my fault as in their view the logo is partly visible. So they will exchange per standard terms, thus I lose my initial delivery fee.

Very poor response over only CHF 15 and no acknowledgment that it was even possible their advertising was unclear.

I will not buy there again as their attitude was "the customer is not King". They seem a bona-fide company but their complaints process is an underachiever!

I have since spent over CHF 1'200 with F.C. Motos whom I found as an alternative. All went perfectly there.

That business would have gone to XL otherwise and I suspect they'd have made a lot more than 15frs.

Excellent service

I received my order quickly than expected. Also excellent costumer service and easy to return an order if needed. I’ll order again without any hesitation.

Great Price, Product and Customer Services

The quality was great and the price even better also customer services surprised me as you hardly get any good Customer services nowdays from companies.

The only thing I would say is to advise people if you are ever worrying between sizes with helmets after measuring yourself, get the bigger size.

I would visit XLMOTO again for sure.

Delivery time way too long!

Delivery took over two weeks, for a product in stock, to an address within Switzerland. I could have had the product delivered from the other side of the world in a shorter time! Delivery time much much too long at XL-Moto!

All as expected pretty great deals,used…

All as expected pretty great deals,used the coupons & bought a full package of protection-clothing's/helmet/boots/ and so on - delivery took some time but that's okay and fair during pandemic times ...
single complain that on of two zipper from the xlm bagpack instantly broke

No customer service or info

I made an order over a week ago. The next day the order showed as ready to send out.
It still has not sent out. I have sent emails, and called on multiple different days during open hours and have never received a response. I stayed on the line for over 30 mins!!!

There is no one answering or taking any accountability.
