All good. Delivery just in time. Part was same as description and in good conditions. I used the option pickup point, for delivery and all good.

Purchased a battery which needed to be replaced due to faulty. Since I moved to Portugal in the meantime, they said they could only refund, due to not able to send the replacement to Spain. Informed I do not have the bank account in Spain anymore, so they requested my new Portuguese account information, which I gave them. After 2 weeks, I asked when I will receive the refund, they told me that they sent them to the original account I used when purchasing the battery and told me to contact the bank to get the money. This is not on me, I gave exactly what was requested from me and you never the less sent the money to a account I don`t have anymore. They are still today refusing to fix this and telling me that I have to contact my bank, it is NOT my bank anymore and it is for you to fix, since you messed up. Really bad service.

After message from XLMoto that they would look into it, the don`t answer my message anymore, I requested to talk to a manager, but silent.
Not a serious company, not to be trusted.

Everything was according to a really good experience of buying. Some other websites need to learn xlmoto. I will repeat for sure. Really good package of the items and quite fast the delivery

The order arrived incorrectly, no customer service phone number and I still haven't received my money back yet. The only contact info XLMOTO has is by email and replies are slow!! You are also going to lose money when you make a return minimum of 10€. I don't want exchange, I want my money back!!! The reply below from XLMOTO is B.S. I still have not received one penny of my money back!! Even though I have received an email dated 29/07/2021 confirming they have received the return of the items! These guys are very fast to take your money but VERY SLOW to give it back, especially makes me angry because the problem was their faulty website!!

After a few weeks confirmed the package was lost and are issuing a full refund.
