Absolutely terrible company mis sold to me couldn't then move my cloud number, never anyone to answer phone when you call them, cost me alot of money as had to keep paying to keep my business number live and working. Made a biggest mistake getting this internet for my business. A guy came to shop and praised XLN small business inter for £27 something excluding VAT
After three month the amount went up to £42 then after three months went up to £48 then £52 and then £58 and now £67!!!!! A SMALL BUSINESS INTERNET!!!!!!!! SMALL BUSINESS!!!! 24th months are over! No more of this nonsense! PLEASE AVOID! It’s better to get the LTE wireless modem 5G one time - put a SIM card £15 unlimited for a month and use that!

The worst internet in the past 20 years. No resolution no better service than dial-up used to be. Optic fibre signal dropping out constantly and there would be fast as a send through the royal mail communication

Do not use xln they will promise you a good service but they will over charge you more than BT then they will add additional charges on your bill which you don't have any idea what it's for and you will be on the phone almost two hours switching you to different operators and you have to explain the problem to all of them then they will hang the phone on you.

Been with xln for over 10 years have 2 businesses with them.
Last bill was triple the amount. Apparently my contract had ended. I asked where was my renewal notice they said at the bottom of your last bill. You can even see it it’s in small font and bottom of last page. They are happy to ring email text about additional services regularly but couldn’t even contact me properly about my renewal, most likely so they can charge me triple the amount.
They will surely ring me pleading for me to stay when a port request comes in they do this all the time. I will cancel the 2nd business to. They will lose 2 accounts due to there greed and poor customer service from retention who offered no help in this matter

Constant calls!
Constant calls!! I have asked this company to take my number off of their contact list for the past 6+months and they continue to call me weekly from different numbers. I used to use them over a year ago. Service and speeds were rubbish. Took me months to cancel the service too with similar issue, ringing to cancel, saying it’s done and then continuing my billing and calling me for upgrades

Dodgy company – avoid XLN at all costs!
I took over a business and the old owner transferred the XLN internet to my name. They had two lines – copper and fibre. The copper one worked inside the shop, but XLN transferred the fibre line instead, which is at the back of my property and unusable.
When I called to explain, they just told me to buy a long ethernet cable and fix it myself! I called several times over 4 days and got nowhere. I ran my business for 2 weeks with no internet, losing around £1,500.
Now they want £199 cancellation and £189 admin fees — £388 for nothing! BT would have done it free with £45/month.
Totally unhelpful, unprofessional, and dishonest. Stay away from XLN — they’ll charge you for their mistakes!

Xln was a broadband and telephone provider for small businesses for years with perfect service and good cusotmer care.
Then an other company called Daisy bought xln. Then xln has changed big time. Daisy ruined xln. After Daisy has taken over xln, my broadband had all sorts of issues and with no customer care from Daisy. Frankly speaking Daisy seem to have a bunch of unprofessional people working for them.
Many of the five star reviews for Daisy are fake, or just one of phone callS to solve one issue.
Daisy is so unprofessional i can not put into words.

This is what i can say for xln after 17 years of being a customer. A good paying customer.
I have recently moved away from xln. I got a far better deal and service almost quarter of the price xln was charging me. For Daisy, you, as a customer, got no value. You are a number.

Why am i giving one star review?
In my eyes Daisy does not even deserve one star, but you have to put one star to give the review.
Couple of years ago, I renewed my broadband and phone contract with xln for 24 months. The price was £42.99 plus vat. In two years my bills went over £113 and my last bill was over £143. This was just for basic broadband and phone service.
I phoned them, got in touch with them online many times asking for an explaination.
There was none. One time they told me that my broadband was 24 months but phone was 18 months conract. How could that be? I have always had a contract for both the same duration.
Daisy, cut my phone and my broadband which is my life line for my business without letting me know. And it took them days to connect my phone and broadband. Yes days... There is no customer care with these guys.
My wife was suffering my cancer (sadly passed away now), i was going through a very diffucult time, Daisy gave me such a grief, I cant put into words.
Daisy charged me extra money for months as they wished.
After complaining they refunded me £25. !
I got a broadband and phone service from somewhere else now. The broadband is 5 times faster than xln. And it is only quarter of the price xln was charging.
The other thing with Daisy is that the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing.
They are so unprofessional that cant be real.
Xln was really good before Daisy took it over. Daisy ruined xln.
I was with xln 17 years and I know what i am talking about.
Stay away from Daisy and xln.

Do not get fooled by Daisy's sales team's promises. The promises will remain as words.
Xln should leave Daisy if possible.
If you have any issue and if you want to get in touch with them you need minimum half an hour. That is if you are lucky.
Daisy treated me very unfairly. They over charged me. They have not provided the services which were in the contract.
I am in the process of seeking legal advise against Daisy/xln. Including Trading Standards.

I have business WiFi and I having trouble they couldn’t help and told me the WiFi guarantee is950mpbs but harping get 70mpbs. We said to send engineers to resolve they couldn’t send any one and I was loosing my business cause cause till couldn’t work and now they saying if you want to cancelled the contract you have to pay penalty but that’s not. My problem so it is table service.

they add services you never asked for on your bill without notifying you
Internet service is fine but their company procedure is to randomly slap on additional services without informing you.
3 months in, business assurance £6.50 pm will randomly appear on your bill - cannot opt out in advance. you have to reach out once it starts to cancel. they will not refund you even though I did not need or ask for it.
6 months in, 'complete care' £5pm also magically starts to appear on your bill - no notification given. also will not refund you even though i did not ask for it.

Don't be fooled by all these fake reviews, put in by the people who work for the company.
Double standard ethics, they will scam you into taking contracts and not give you the correct information to make a correct informed decisions. Agents will act like this information was communicated.
Terrible company, internet doesn't work properly.
Edit:- Nobody cares about your generatic decietful responses, everybody knows you wont do anything and just make out to everyone that you will. Wolf in sheeps clothing comes to mind.
This sums up this company they flagged my review for defamotery content 1 minute after replying and was rejected by trust pilot.

Awful company broadband been down
since Friday and only repaired yesterday.
Received a call today saying the phone line is now working!!
Well the phone line has been fine it’s the broadband that isn’t working.
Still being charged for the time I had no broadband with customer service robots little and useless including the human aspect as well 😡

Additional Charges added of £17
Added Additional Services that I had to OPT OUT of and wouldn't refund. I spotted an additional service charge of £17 on our bill and contacted XLN to find out why. They said I'd been sent emails about this insurance and that I had to Opt Out otherwise it was automatically added. When I said I didn't want this service and I would not have agreed to is they cancelled it but wouldn't refund charges so far. When I asked why, they said OFCOM allowed them to use Opt Out services - just because you're allowed doesn't make it morally right! In my opinion Opt Out services should never be allowed. What if you miss the email like I did?! Untold charges could be added.

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had with a telecom provider. After missing our internet connection date — which caused huge problems for our new business — they failed to inform us, tried to charge extra for installation, and claimed Openreach wouldn’t do the work for the £260 they quoted. Funny how BT and Openreach are now connecting us for free!
They’re now chasing us for £1.80 for an app we never used, even though the handset was returned unopened. The so-called “manager” refused to transfer the call or take responsibility — just more unprofessional behaviour from start to finish.
Avoid this cowboy setup — dishonest, stressful, and utterly unhelpful.
Thank you BT, you’ve been a breath of fresh air compared to this lot!

Don't use xln
I was with xln and my contract expires, then it becomes more expensive more than double,
I call xln-daisy they give me new contract with changing my line or something, they confirmed it will start before my old services ceased, and they massage two time that engineers will come and install new router line.. I did call them and ask for my changes and confirm will be charge new rates but last two months I am getting old direct debit with old rate. When I call for refund they say your new service hasn't started yet so you will charged old one. It's same company same things nothing changed than also charging more.

Our internet stopped on the 17th Sept. We were told that we had been "slammed" and withdrawn. No notice no communication. After finding it virtually impossible to speak to an agent they informed me that there was nothing they could do to help and suggested a new contract or another provider. It took over 4 weeks to arrange another provider. Insult to injury they are still invoicing me for broadband without providing the service and refuse to refund me unless I take out a new contract. Shameful behavior. Currently using the ombudsman to resolve as XLN refuse to address my situation. Very nice when they are selling you a product but believe me they are impossible to contact or willing to help when you have a problem. They just don't want to address this issue. I am extremely angry with this company.
