Seymone was very polite, patient, and quick to respond, even though this was the fifth time reaching out to support with the same problem.

Literally had the BEST service from Xneelo!! Special thanks to Jordan and Izak for assisting me to transfer my domain from GoDaddy to Xneelo.
Been struggling to get the domain transferred since last week with GoDaddy and their support team did not assist at all. I sent Xneelo a mail and they immediately jumped in without me even being a client already. They got my domain transferred in a Saturday morning and updated DNS settings. All in a mornings time.
If you want a hosting company that cares - Xneelo is the place to be! Thank you once again.
