definetly would recommend xpress boiler solutions turned up bang on time first day barry explained what was going to happen just let him get on with it and he kept me in touch whats was happening throughout the job first class very happy with my new boiler cheers barry and david for organizing everything

I refer to my earlier review in August. I'm still waiting on the paper work requested. As I'm now being completely ignored. I have contacted Trading Standards to sort out my problem. I would there for advise anyone using this company to make sure your contact is completed in every way before paying,

Highly recommend xpress boilers brilliant job from appointment to installation

Can’t rate this team of guys highly enough, got a visit from David at 93:30 on Friday morning, and by11:00 Barry & his son the ( enthusiastic apprentice) turned up with new combi boiler and worked all through Friday until New boiler was up and running, that evening hot shower was “the Business”
Quality of work and price, very respectable.
Therefore, what they say is what they do, same day or next day on your doorstep ready to go
Note: no relation to any of these guys, got them from Trustpilot on Thursday evening, and the rest is history

Cap gas fire & link out redundant cold water tank which was still serving cold water sentinels upstairs

Excellent Service from start to finish!!

David provided expert advice, competitive prices and a prompt turnover from inception of call to engineer arriving onsite.

Barry the engineer went above and beyond when onsite; clearing all redundant tanks and material and disposing accordingly, left redundant overflow coming through facias in situ to allow me time to have area blocked off and avoid any unwanted animals/insects nesting in loft space and even offered to check a bees nest in loft space to ensure it was unoccupied and removed.....fortunately it was unoccupied and I advised Barry I would remove this myself.

Highly recommend this company and I am already intending on using them again to fit a new WC suite in my home and service my gas boiler annually.

Just had a new Viessmann boiler fitted and radiator change done by xpress boiler solutions and so glad I chose this company.First and foremost the price was the best for the product and work to be carried out.Ive done a bit research into boilers and this German boiler is right at the top of the list.Next the quality of the work by Barry was first class.both him and Arron arrived on time and put down dust sheets and started straight away.Both were so nice sociable and nothing was too much bother.Once the work was complete they tidied up and removed rubbish and you wouldn't have known they there.Barry then talked me through all the operations and controls and only left when sure I understood everything. David had arranged everything and was a pleasure to deal with and only took payment when work was complete and I was satisfied.I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone,and great value for money(first annual boiler service was included).

Great job ,very happy with the workmanship

Brilliant experience with Xpress Boiler Solutions on all fronts.
David excellent in providing cost effective quote and communicating regularly to ensure I was keep fully in picture.
Did everything he could to assist with the full installation of heating system and worked around the dates I required to fit in with other work being carried out.
Barry the installation engineer is a great guy and worked hard and long to get the job done as quickly as possible and at a very high standard.
I really cannot praise this company enough from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend them for any work you may require to have done.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and friendly work completed satisfactory no mess and all rubbish taken away, very happy with service

We decided to change from a system to a combi boiler as although working , our own being 19 years old and water pressure from the Tank and Cylinder poor.
We received 3 quotes and Xpress was by far the cheapest but also, and as importantly, we were impressed with the initial survey completed by David. He went into detail and explained the options, time scale and price in detail.
We accepted and the work commenced 5 days later. Barry was the fitter assisted by Aaron, and they explained the order of the works and also that there was an alternative SOLUTION to upgrading our 15mm gas pipe to the needed 22mm. Both were very approachable and kept to their schedule with minimal disruption to water and gas supply and as importantly no upheaval or damage to our house. In particular, Barry proved to be an expert engineer and is a credit to the company. (He even cleared part of gutter when installing the gas flue without us asking)
David also kept in touch about the progress and said we could contact him at ant time if we required any advice on operation.
So, solutions is what they do with a first class service and we can heartily recommend this company.

They were supposed to rectify my soakaway and fit an air brake - apparently Im invisible as they have completely ignored me since October last year! Now I have to find a reputable company to correct the soakaway that they did install which was incorrect. Avoid at all costs.
