Dr. Yaker and his team have been absolutely fantastic from the moment I inquired about my hair loss. He is very passionate and gave me honest, realistic options for my hair loss. After having a FUE procedure of 2000 grafts, 12 months later I have seen phenomenal results. I live in California now but Dr. Yaker and his team always follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr. Yaker and his team.

I have always had great hair. thick soft etc. I was going through some extreme stress and starting loosing massive amounts of long stands. shedding all over the floor and my clothes.I had to cut it it was so thin. My once fat ponytail was now a 3 times around-er. I went to see Yaker Hair Restoration and after an assessment, and treatment plan I started noticing improvements within 3 weeks. after 2 months no more shedding. now after 5-6 months my hairs looks full and lush again. I am so happy that I saw Natalie. My hair has improved in volume and overall health, and it is amazing to feel good about my hair again after losing so much of it. The texture was becoming so brittle over the years, and i had so many balding areas. Natalie Yaker is delightful. She is very honest and down to earth, and wants every one of her patients to feel beautiful and confident and even more importantly promotes “women uplifting women.” She truly wants to make the world a better place by encouraging women to be the best that they can be and to encourage others to do the same. Great experience and wonderful young couple. She and Dr. Yaker and all the wonderful staff in their office truly care about their patients, and it shows in how everyone who enters the office is treated.

The office staff was great! They were very welcoming and friendly. My consultation with Natalie was informative and helpful. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable while discussing an uncomfortable topic. I expressed my worries and questions and she really helped me understand the process of hair thinning and did not mind repeating the information. Her honesty and care was greatly appreciated.

The entire staff is very professional, compassionate and friendly! Natalie is very personable and encouraging. She has the unique ability to put me at ease and really listens to my concerns! She takes time to make sure I understand the treatment plan and have had all my questions and concerns addressed! I think of her as an awesome blessing in my life!!

The nurse practitioner was thorough and personable. I am waiting for the follow up email about my options to review before making a decision. Also, there was no mention of the cost of procedures. I'm thinking that will be sent with the follow up.

Was excited to meet Dr. Yaker as I was referred to him by a satisfied client, who is also a personal friend of mine. Unfortunately I am self-employed and commission only and my career requires me to meet clients with only a day's notice and travel quite a bit to speak at conferences. Unfortunately my schedule is chaotic and the office does not like customers who require a flexible schedule and might need to reschedule appointments multiple times. I paid the $1000 deposit required for the procedure, as well as the $200 rescheduling fees. I was informed today because I rescheduled too often that I took up their time and will not be refunded the $1,000 deposit. The staff is unfriendly and would not allow me to speak to anyone higher than herself to get the matter resolved. I believe customers always come first, especially when they do the right thing and cancel on time and even pay the cancellation fees when half the time they are not warranted. They didn't even allow me to move forward with the procedure or offer to refund half the deposit to satisfy the situation and the client. I work in real estate and understand that things happen and I receive many cancellations at the last minute due to people's schedules changing or something just pops up. In my 20 years of doing real estate and owning my own business, I would never ever dismiss a client or charge them a fee for a cancellation, and I would never ever keep a deposit that I didn't earn. Plus, if any client had an issue with myself or my company, I would gladly speak to them to resolve the issue and satisfy the client. The lady that I spoke with said she was the highest person I could speak to and would not allow me to speak directly to Dr. Yaker himself. I never write reviews unless I feel very strongly about a product or issue but felt this review was warranted. If you need a flexible schedule or think you might have to reschedule, this office is not for you unless you want to lose a deposit of $1,000 and get attitude on top of that. My husband was going to schedule the surgery after mine was completed and we will gladly find another doctor who cares more about his patients.

As a response to your comment, if you look at your guidelines, a client can only reschedule one time so if that's your rules, you shouldn't have allowed me to reschedule multiple times and then charge me the $200 per reschedule fee and then just cut me off because I got to an "unreasonable number of rescheduled appointments" that you deemed rude and a time waster and just cut me off as a client. Maybe the better route would have been you have cancelled 9 times and we would like to give you one more chance to show up or you will forfeit your deposit instead of just cutting me off as a client. Or maybe even, you can only reschedule one time so if you cancel your next appointment, you will lose your $1000 deposit. However, if you want to ruin customer relationships and receive no referral business then that is your practice and good luck. I did speak with you today but you were no help, showed no sympathy, didn't come up with a plan to help rectify the situation so we both win, said you were the highest person that I could speak to, and that Dr. Yaker was not available to speak to me since I was no longer a client and was terminated I think what you did was show poor customer service, unwilling to be flexible with chaotic schedules, unwilling to resolve the issue, and unable to allow the customer to speak to the actual Doctor. I will post other reviews as I don't want other customers to receive the same service as there are other doctors with better reviews than Dr. Yaker. I will also take other matters with boards to share my side of the story. Wish you and the practice the best. Good luck.

Natalie was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my concerns and was 100% honest with me about what she would do and what to expect. She was also upfront about the cost.
Casey also came in for a consult and my skin and helped me customise a regimen to start with. Overall a fantastic experience

I just had the most informative and thorough consultation with Natalie Yaker. She's very knowledgeable and had a great grasp of what may be going on with my hair loss. She educated me to the various conditions that could be contributing. We put a plan in place and I'm really looking forward to this journey to improving my hair! Finally, I have hope for better hair!

I had a Fue transplant Sept 2018. I am so happy with the results! I have lots of hair growth and you can see a tremendous difference . DR Yaker is meticulous, caring , and amazing! He puts your mind at ease. His team, Maria, Vangie and Natalie are wonderful! Natalie the np came dashing in with a smile on her face asking how I was doing after procedure was over. I love coming to the office. They are always excited to see the outcome. I am so grateful to have found DR Yaker.

Nice office. Excellent staff. And most important, Maria was awesome with the SMP that was performed. I definitely have my confidence back while not being so self conscious of my scalp showing as previous.

I love this practice! Dr. Yaker and his team are the best in DFW. Indians don’t have the best hair genetics and many in my family are bald or balding. I kept loosing hair in my 20s and early 30s until I found this practice. I am very grateful to find Dr. Yaker. He is passionate about what he does and truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend them!
