Lovely staff from the front desk to the nurse specialist and the Doctor. Caring and thoughtful.

I went to see Natalie to explore the different options for my thinning hair. She spent the first half of our appointment pinpointing the emotional causes of my hair loss. She made me feel so comfortable and safe sharing everything I was feeling, and going through. Then she looked at my hair/scalp under the microscope, and explained in great detail the genetic causes for my hair loss. She recommended one of the topical formulations. The prescription arrived at my home two days later. I'm very impressed! I'm really excited to take my "hair growth" journey with her. I came in feeling depressed, and left feeling empowered. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Natalie!

Casey is literally LIFE CHANGING. I have suffered with hyperpigmentation, rough/dull texture, large pores, acne and I’ve tried literally every product and nothing really made a difference. She did a combination of treatments on me and exactly one week later my skin is stunning and will only get better the next 12 weeks. My experience with the Dr Yaker's assistant Natalie was amazing. She listened to my concerns very well . Educated me on what was happening to my hair. Offered reasonable solutions without any pressure whatsoever . I felt like she was very honest and full of integrity . Didn't try to up sale anything. Answered all my questions without feeling rushed. She's very knowledgable and does her job very well.

Odering hair products from Dr Yaker’s office was very quick and easy. My products arrived quickly. On another note, Dr. Yaker was very knowledgeable about my type of hair loss and the latest treatments available. He was so kind, caring and respectful. He really listened and went out of his way to give in depth explanations about hair loss and the options available. He is very up front and honest too. He has an amazing bedside manner! I cannot say enough nice thing about him. His office staff is very helpful too.

Natalie makes this somewhat uncomfortable procedure one to look forward to. She is sincere and caring two traits that create a place for trust. I trust Natalie and the Yaker organization shines due to her beautiful mannerism. She is a great technician and artist.

It works! They've had a little trouble recently with their new formula but have been very helpful and attentive during this process. It's simple to use and my hair is really getting thicker!

When I ordered this prescription I was asked if I wanted a 1/2 or full order. Nothing was mentioned that it now expires in 90 days. I ordered an expensive full order not being aware of this. I now have wasted a lot of money. Very disappointed

This is honestly the best thing I’ve done. Dr. Yaker is a genius. I had a hair transplant 5 years ago by another doctor but he never educated me on other things I should be doing to prevent hair loss. So I lost a great amount over the years and knew I needed another hair transplant. I went and spoke to Restore hair (the company that’s endorsed by NFL players) back in November, and I was greeted by a salesman. Not the doctor performing the hair transplant, but a salesman pitching me on what I needed. He told me finisteride would be required after the hair transplant but that’s all. I was noooot impressed.

Then I came across Dr. Joseph Yaker and contacted his team. On my initial visit to his office he greeted me with open arms, told me how excited he was to help me, and his passion about hair restoration was oozing from his bones. He told me the whole plan of what I needed, he was so confident in what I needed that I jokingly told him “ I’ll give you a million dollars if you can get me my hair back.” LOL obviously I was being sarcastic but that told him how serious I was about this. I immediately had 300% confidence he was the man for the job. And I made the best decision I’ve ever made on myself. He put me on finesteride right away, and medicated hair drops (like rogain x3 but doesn’t make your hair oily so no one can tell you put medicine in your hair) and I’m getting married next year so I wanted the hair transplant right away.
Results: I had my surgery in December, I started taking the medicine he put me on in October/ November of last year and right now I have a FULL head of hair. My hair has grown back 95%, you cannot tell I had anything done and my fiancée loves my hair! I was about 60% super thin hair before going to see Dr Yaker but now I look like I have 18 years old hair!
I had a 4 month post surgery follow up last week with Dr Yaker and he couldn’t believe how much hair I’ve grown and said he expects more! I’d be happy with what I have! I am sooo glad I went and saw Dr Yaker. Everyone at the office is sooo nice , they are sooo helpful and a delight to deal with. The ladies at the front are soo sweet,go see them!
