This is rather poor service

This is rather poor service , you have sent me an email ONCE and after that i have been trying to follow up by emailing and no one has responded..Yet i have not gotten my item or my money back. This is basically stealing if no one has fixed this issue. Can someone respond to me and let me know whats the update on my package or am i getting a refund?

Excellent product and friendly customer…

Excellent product and friendly customer service.
Ordered a Hoodie from their website in March took 19 days to arrive to the U.K., which is pretty quick considering the current situation with Covid-19. Very caring customer service which helped me find my size since they‘re all in asian size. The Hoodie is of excellent quality and fits perfect. Will definitely shop here again, thanks!

Two orders, one parcel, and a refund

I placed two orders at their site, the first order containing one item and the other containing two. One of the two item orders got shipped quickly after I placed my order, and the other items from separate orders got shipped together about two weeks later. Fast forward a month, the two items shipped together arrived safely and they're gorgeous. But the item shipped on its own, never arrived. The tracking showed only information of the day of the shipping, so I sent them a message about it. First they seemed to ignore me having two parcels incoming, and the orders being mixed up in those, and assured my my item was in my country and soon to arrive. I sent them a message back immediately, clarifying that this was not the case. A few days later, they messaged me back and apologized, refunding me the amount of the item that was lost. They also offered that they could reship the item for a discounted price, but I will be getting it from elsewhere.

In conclusion; the shipping times are long, and so can the preparing days be. The items that arrived has been good quality for me, but a missing parcel and them being slow at responding wasn't a great experience. I won't be going back unless I can't find the items I want elsewhere.

Lost package, took far too long to fix it.

I ordered a shirt back in November, It was lost in the post. I only found out after sending an email followed by another email the week after to remind them to check. It took numerous emails over the course of a month to organise a replacement package, and so of course it didn't arrive for Christmas so that was awkward not having a decent present for my girlfriend. In response to this I asked for a refund, but I didn't get a refund, I got 20% off the original purchase and a replacement was going to be sent to me free of charge.

After the package was resent the shipment number was changed and so I couldn't check to see the assigned address as this number wasn't given to me. I had registered my phone number to receive notifications on the package however I never received any. After tracking the package through the link I was given with the email sent to confirm the replacement package, I could see it had been delivered... Only, it hadn't been delivered to my house. So this replacement package was also lost. After this I did receive a full refund.

To summarize, I am disappointed with the service of YAYUKATA. The process of tracking my order felt slow and frustrating as I felt YAYUKATA lacked initiative as I had to follow them up on every email. BUT, with that said, the logistics department that's in control of delivering the package is separate from YAYUKATA, and so this experience may be completely different for someone in a different location. My complaint should only address the slow service I received.

The clothing took over 45 days to arrive. Who delivers orders in that timeframe in 2019/2020?

thanks for your review. We checked and your order was in transit for 30 days after it got delivered via our free standard shipping option, which takes 22 days on average to arrive in your country. Due to several non working days and high package load on the transportation system during the Christmas time, this may well explain the 8 day-delay on your delivery. Please accept our apologies. For urgent orders, we suggest to use DHL as the shipping method (3 - 8 days).

I ordered sweatshirt for my Grandsons…

I ordered sweatshirt for my Grandsons Christmas in November and it didn’t get delivered till January 2nd. If you allow enough time it will eventually arrive. They kindly partially refunded me which I was allowed to keep after goods were eventually received. Good customer relations with Linda. The sweatshirt is fabulous and my Grandson loves it. 3 stars because of the delay 5 stars for everything else
