The quality of my first two products were nice but they did take a while to arrive understandably, the last product however had poor quality and took way too long to arrive.

The clothes were in good quality, the sizes were great and the shipping was fast considering I ordered them to Sweden. Will buy more clothes from this site!

Good product, shipping a little bit slow but for free shipping is okay. I had problems with an order and the assistance helped me really fast. I council to buy from this shop. A thinks that I don't like is that is wrote "japanase clothers shop" but all the t-shirt I bought were from China... why?

Anyway, the products are good and worth the price...but I expected a really Japanese made clothes.

The clothes wasn’t the sizes they promised

Do not waste your money or your time!!! I am not writing this out of spite. I’m trying to help prevent others having to go through what I experienced. To start with, you will be waiting at least 3 plus weeks for all of your goods to arrive. I live in the U.K. and chose the standard international shipping option. I STILL HAVEN’T recieved all of the items I paid for. Secondly, when viewing the catalogue on the website I noticed that nearly all of the items were in Asian sizes. I did my research and it basically states that if you want them you fit you have to order 1-2 sizes above your usual size, as they’re a lot smaller. I also gave them my size description, weight, height, body type etc, as on the website it says, if you’re not sure we will find the best sizes for you. The goods that have arrived from my order all varied in size! The first pair of tracksuit bottoms wasn’t too bad of a fit, the first jacket was ridiculously small and the second jacket had a broken side-zip, was large at the top and extremely tight around the base where the elastic rim sits. They arrive with a funny smell too, as if they’ve been sat around chemicals or something else? It’s not nice at all! The only thing that fits were the free socks I got with the order, I’m still waiting on my second pair of tracksuit bottoms! It’s been weeks now! Lastly, the customer advisor team seem very unconcerned and unwilling to help you. I dealt with two women called Marie and Linda who pretty much ignore you half the time and don’t give you the help you require. My last email to them was one basically stating that I wanted a full refund as nothing fits, because of its poor quality including a broken zip and because of my missing item! I have been completely ignored as if they don’t really care anymore. I spent near enough £200 on those clothes thinking I could shop away from the regular retailers. This is the last time I will ever shop with them and I’m advising you not to even bother. You will only be left feeling disappointed, angry, robbed and unimportant. My advice is to stick with the retailers that guarantee a full refund and are willing to help you at their cost because of their errors or lack of effort. This is by far the WORST RETAILER I’ve ever shopped with in my life.
