They are SCAMMERS and CROOKS. They do not deliver and refuse to return money. It is actually a Chinese site and supposedly "deliver" from China. You're at risk to pay import duties (if they do deliver) DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order from Spain for a number of items totaling about 70 euros. I was not happy with the quality or fit, so decided to return them all. Firstly, Yivette offered me a 10 percent discount if I kept the clothes. When I declined, they offered a 25 percent discount but I preferred to return the items. I was shocked to find out that they had to be returned to an address in China, which is not mentioned anywhere on the company’s website. Yivette did give me a full refund on the clothes but it cost me over 30 euros (half of what I had paid) to send the items back!

Es una estafa. Ni el dinero ni la mitad del género. De dos vestidos uno no lo recibimos, aunque lo habíamos anulado en una serie de 11 correos electrónicos de diálogo imposible, dijeron que lo habían mandado y nunca se recibió. La otra mitad nada que ver con las fotografías; un trapo que no vale ni para la cocina.

Absolute fraud! We lost the money and the merchandise. Out of two dresses we just got one -ready to be thrown to the garbage can due to the quality of the fabric and tailoring-. We never got the other one, although they said they had sent it -after 11 emails trying to cancel it.
Do NOT buy anything here!

Ho ordinato da un sito in spagnolo. leggendo le informazioni sull'azienda c'era scritto che la sede era in Inghilterra. ho preso 4 articoli. Purtoppo molti sono arrivati con difetti e nonostante abbia seguito le indicazioni per la taglia alla fine due articoli sono risultati grandi e non conformi a quanto proposto dalla descrizione sul sito. Nel contattarli per attivare la politica del reso (che sapevo già che sarebbe stato a mio carico) scopro che non devo rendere al magazzino italiano che compare nell'indirizzo di arrivo al mio pacco ne alla sede inglese mostrata nel sito ma in Cina e l'indirizzo fornito non è intestato alla società di vendita ma a una persona. Dopo di che ho avuto molte perplessità perchè se avessi saputo che il reso sarebbe stato fuori dall'Europa non avrei ordinato visto che la spedizione per il reso supera i 30 Euro. Ho deciso di rivolgermi a un legale che tuteli i miei diritti di consumatore europeo che acquista in un sito europeo e spero di risolvere il problema. intanto chiedo a tutti i cittadini europei che volessero tutelare i loro diritti di consumatore verso questa società di contattarmi alla seguente mail: lady-athena chiocciola libero.it, il mio legale potrebbe supportare anche le vostre problematiche se siamo numerosi e attivi le probabilità di risolvere le nostre problematiche aumenteranno.

I ordered from a Spanish site. reading the information about the company it was written that the headquarters were in England. I took 4 items. Unfortunately many arrived with defects and despite having followed the indications for the size in the end two items were found to be large and not compliant with what is proposed by the description on the site. In contacting them to activate the return policy (which I already knew would be at my expense) I discover that I do not have to return to the Italian warehouse that appears in the arrival address of my package nor to the English office shown on the site but in China and the address provided is not in the name of the sales company but to a person. After that I had a lot of doubts because if I had known that the return would be outside of Europe I would not have ordered since the return shipment exceeds 30 Euros. I have decided to contact a lawyer who protects my rights as a European consumer who buys on a European site and I hope to solve the problem. meanwhile, I ask all European citizens who want to protect their consumer rights towards this company to contact me at the following email: lady-athena at libero.it, my lawyer could also support your problems if we are numerous and active the probabilities of solving our problems will increase.

This company seems to be a bit of a scam. 1st of all the clothes come from China so it will take you months to get your items.
2nd the items look nothing like the description. I bought linen pants that were clearly not linen. The quality of the close is terrible. Incredibly cheap. You could honestly buy better clothes H and M.
It is a 7 day return policy and it is a nightmare to return items. 2 of us had Covid-19 and were sick for 5 weeks. I obviously missed the return window. Too bad for me. The email sent to me said 7 days to return.

A tremendous purchase mistake. The photos in the catalog have nothing to do with the products. The clothing is horrible, the rough materials are ugly, the colors, nothing to do with the images, I feel totally deceived

It should be made clear that when you return items you don’t want, this means posting them at your cost to China. Not a very good returns policy.

Surement du dropshipping depuis la Chine, il est actuellement impossible de retourner les articles en Chine et le soit disant service client de Yivette ne propose pas de solution pour renvoyer les colis et donc se faire rembourser.

Probably a drop shipping site from China, it is currently impossible to return the items to China and Yivette's so-called customer service does not offer a solution to return the packages and therefore get a refund.

The red jumper I bought arrived creased, in a distorted, uneven shape, a different colour then the one advertised and most concerning was the extremely poor quality. This will clearly not sustain a wash. I will never buy from Yivette again. I would advise anyone wanting to do that to think twice.

Order arrived, quality is not good, sizing is all over the place. You try to return, they offer 25% discount to keep it (so guessing this happens a lot), their customer service address shows in the UK, and nowhere does it show a Chinese address. But when you want to return, it costs a fortune as you have to send to China, which will likely be a month to arrive plus another week for refund and the return shipping cost me over 35€ as they insist you add tracking. Total waste of money and time.

I was a bit leery from reviews I read after I had already ordered. However my items were delivered in 10 days, and the items were as shown on the site. Double check your measurements with the size chart on the site, they are accurate.
Yivette use flashy marketing in their adverts but in fact the clothes that arrive are disappointing and look nothing like those portrayed in the marketing. Do not be fooled, these are poor quality clothes from China sold at a premium price.

I would not buy from this store. A very bad experience. The quality of the items is very poor. There is no easy way to return them. You must pay the shipping back to China. The delivery took a very long time ( over 3 weeks) and I am still waiting on items almost a month after ordering. I also resent that they do not represent themselves as a Chinese company rather try to appear european. I would not have ordered if I knew this was a Chinese enterprise based on China's poor record pertaining to ocean conservation among other things.

Ordered a dress in March ..just arrived in August. The material is nasty ..stiff and starchy, the dress is like a cheap version of the one they show you on their various sites ..all with different names, but all Yivette. My advice ..don't buy from them.

I ordered from Elutta Design (Yvette) in beginning of 2020 and did not receive a single thing until after I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then they shipped me 19 euros worth of merchandise out of the 130 euros they received from me, and I believe that was only sent so they would have a tracking number. I never did receive that item. PayPal has been difficult to reach but that's understandable given the COVID-19 chaos that is ongoing. I am going to follow up with PayPal even after my dispute is settled and make sure PayPal understands these folks are committing FRAUD!! They are SCAMMERS!!

I ordered a dress in April, it is now August and it still hasn't arrived. They tell me it couldn't be delivered. I have asked for a refund, but nothing! They are very good at answering e mails, but rubbish at giving back refunds. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

NEVER BUY FROM Yivette! It looks fantastic on their website, but the quality is very, very poor - the material and the fabrication. I waited almost three months for my order. And if you want to return something you have to send it back to China on your own costs. If you don’t like to do that because it is rather expensive, they offer to return 15% of the cost of the item. So - give Yivette a total miss!

The order number sent to me does not appear as if it exists. In the post office they don't know anything, it doesn't exist. The possibility of contacting Yvette does not exist. There is not even a section on the web platform where you can assess the experience, take a look. What is true that exists is the transfer of my money to their scammer account. Everything is "alarm lights" from the beginning. I have explicitly asked them, both in Spanish and English, man, to cancel the order. In response, they send me "answering machine" emails. What a simple way to swindle people: - "returns? Of course! Within 30 days, from the delivery of the order" - And if the package does not arrive? What if it doesn't even appear as it exists? I wish I had read the reviews on this site before buying from Yivette. Firstly, my order took several months to arrive. Secondly, the goods on their website look good, but the actual quality is terrible. I want to return all of the items that I ordered so I emailed them to request this, using the email address that they provide. Unfortunately I continue to recieve failure notices from this email address. I cannot find a telephone number for them anywhere. I messaged them through the contact link on the website but two weeks later I still have had no reply.
