I would not recommend this company. 5 months passed and no goods received and no refund!

I have been waiting 5 months for an order in excess of 100 euros and I still have not received it. I was also asked to pay an additional cost due to a problem Yivette has with their shipping/courier company. They will not refund my money even though the issue is the poor management of their logistics.

Yivette's final response below........ in summary tough luck!!!! We have taken your 100 euros but you won't receive your goods.

"Sorry, we cannot refund you, because your package has been destroyed by the logistics provider, and the logistics provider has not returned the package to us, so we cannot refund you.

You can try to make a claim to the logistics provider"

I am absolutely disgusted with this…rubbish firm

I am absolutely disgusted with this firm they are a scam. Goods terrible quality and they refuse to send me a return address so I can send back the goods and get a refund. Keep well away from them, all I want is return address, by the time I get an address it will be too late for a refund. Going report to the omnibus man

Ps just had a reply saying I should contact customer services, 6 times I have already written, no reply for what I wanted, an address to send the parcel back. What’s so difficult about that....

Absolute shysters

Absolute shysters, ignore any good reviews, they are fake. Delivered an incomplete order of shoddy goods, nothing like the advertised goods. Trying to organise a return or a refund is just about impossible.

Yivette.com are scammers

Yivette.com are scammers. Whatever you do, do not fall into the trap of the well shot photographs and place an order. They are very keen to take your money and when they slowly deliver their inferior products in horrible fabrics and poor quality control and you decide you need to return some or all of the items they will erect nothing but barriers to avoid you returning within their fabricated return window. They suggest you should return the items to an undisclosed location in Mainland China where in addition to postage you will be charged applicable tariffs. They ignore your reasonable correspondence and obfuscate at every turn. Never deal with them, I regret our interaction with these scammers and need to impart to the market that despite their shiny packaging they should be avoided.

Un engaño, deceitful

Nada es lo que parece. Las fotos muestran unos vestidos de telas con caídas, y lo que te llega es una tela acartonada, que no se corresponde con la talla y, en mi caso, de diferente color. Es algo parecido a un fraude o timo.

Do not expect what you see in the photos, the fabrics are rigid, nothing like in the photos, seeming to move. Sizes have nothing to do with references. In my case, even the colour was not the one demanded. I would say it is a fraud.

I reluctantly gave that 1 star

I reluctantly gave that 1 star, in order to write this review.
I ordered two dresses, after 15 days they arrived, one way too big, one way too small, despite ordering the same size. They are very poor quality, badly made with loose stitching. I contacted customer service for the return address and have emailed them daily. I am still waiting for a reply. The 50euro was taken from my bank (spain) 2days after the order and the reference from the bank was. CHIC V UK Ltd. Rayleigh. ???
I very much doubt I will get to return this rubbish!!
I have learnt a very valuable lesson and I will never purchase on line again. I have been stung for 50euro.
PLEASE DON'T LET THEM DO IT TO YOU!!! THEY SHOULD BE EXPOSED & CLOSED DOWN.

Diabolical service.

I ordered 2 items. Received one after 4 weeks which was of poor quality, seams twisted on the dress. I accepted a delay for receipt of the second item because of COVID. Six weeks later after countless emails to customer service & not one reply I contacted Pay Pal who managed to get a refund for me albeit with postage deducted, even though it wasn’t posted!!!!! I would never ever use Yvette again.There is no contact tel number & they never reply from customer services. I am sure that without PayPal I wouldn’t have got my money refunded or the article. Diabolical service & inferior products.

This is a China based company who don't give refunds for faulty items

This company is awful and what we did not realise when we made the order is it is a Chinese company based in China. Ordered a dress from their website - and eventually it was delivered but the dress was nothing like then that was ordered and was not a good size (ordered larger than normal and it was still small) and was poor quality. Told the company and they replied (eventually) that it had to be sent back - TO CHINA at our expense and they would not refund the postage costs or get a 15% refund which was reluctantly accepted - they have never refunded the money and now just ignore email. The problem is this Chinese company are happy to take your money for good and items that are not as described so my advice is DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

I see their reply is a standard one to everyone. On doing as they requested they basically said send it back to China at my expense and they will look into it. They try to show they care but they don’t and the quality and service is awful and you DON’T get what you ordered. The number of friends over the last few days who have experienced the same is astonishing but they spend a lot of money advertising to get new customers as they are loosing so many of them.

Y encima a mi no deja de aparecerme su publicidad en las páginas de Internet que veo. Empiezo gestiones de denuncia en todos los sitios que pueda. ESTAFADORES. MISERABLES.
They are real thiefs yivette.com !!!! They do not answer at yivette.com. They just ignore you to see if you get tired. I trusted them and spent a huge amount of money. Nothing comes to me. And on top of it, its advertising does not stop appearing on the Internet pages that I see. I start complaint procedures in all the places that I can. SCAMMERS yivette.com. MISERABLE yivette.com.

very disappointed

I ordered two jumpers and a cardigan, in March before the corona lock down, unfortunately the courier tracking said the parcel was delivered, but I hadn't received it. Over the next three weeks I went through a number of communication with the customer service, where in the end I gave up and finally hoped I would be refunded by getting intouch with my credit card provider. The next day the parcel was delivered and the three garment were nothing like the photograph on the web site, the material,and the cut,belong to a completely different garment, I am very disappointed and would advise anybody thinking of buying to forget it.

Rip off company

Rip off company, never received goods.

I placed an order for clothes in March for 100 euros which I never received.
Instead I got a wrong package.
When I contacted them they wanted details and pictures, I gave them everything and asked to send my money back.

Still no goods, no refund.

Rip off company

Rip off company, never received goods.

I placed an order for clothes in March for 85 euros which I never received.
When I contacted them they wanted details of time, date, amount, what was ordered & reference numbers. An unreasonable amount of information to trip me up, however I record everything and sent them every detail.
This still didn't make any difference, no goods, no refund.
This company is shameless.
I have also noticed that several companies with the Same photos of dresses and good quality clothing are advertising their goods on numerous ads. I believe this is one and the same company.
How are they allowed to get away with this.
They must be stopped!

I placed an order on the 1st May and…

I placed an order on the 1st May and have written various mails and only simply received templated replies that appear to not have been read by a physical person.
After reading these reviews I fear I have been scammed.
Unbelievable that there is no way of find a contact telephone number.
If this is not a scam, Yivette should place a contact number on their website.
I will be going to local consumer affairs if I dont receive goods shortly.
