My advice would be to go elsewhere !
I bought a second hand bike from these lot, it broke down on the way home. I had subsequent problems with the bike not starting and when it did start it was running too lean on one cylinder (the exhaust was glowing red hot). I had to pay to get the bike back to Youles in Blackburn for them to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with it. Absolute jokers then offered me over £2000 less than I had paid for a £8500 bike having done less than 400 miles on it. My advice is stay away, go elsewhere because you are on your own once you ride out of the showroom !!

I don't normally write reviews, however, I feel the need on this occasion. Buying a motorcycle during the depths of winter is not something I've done before. Not being able to physically see the vehicle or do a test ride, because of distances involved, gave me some trepidation. Meet Jason,a sales person at the Blackburn showroom. He went above and beyond to make the purchase of the vehicle a pleasant experience. He sent numerous videos showing the condition of the bike, organised pickup and delivery (Ironhorse transport, which I also recommended). Any questions I had, if he didn't know, he found out. Top bloke. Thank you Jason.

Great service by Joe and Dave. They helped me on my motorcycle journey . I’m very new and only just passed my CBT. They helped me choose the right bike as a commuter and I wanna travel up down the country .
The service was brilliant and I highly recommend as they took an interest in my needs and wants.
Poor sales team I was in discussion over 2 bikes I asked if they could offer me a bit more money on my px I was completely shut off . Some of the sales team need better manners.
And not just ignore customers.
I have since purchased another bike from another dealership.
Bought my last bike from here as well coming back for annual servicing. Always a great balance of friendly banter and professional experienced service. Highly recommend to all bikers regardless of make or model.

Bought a Triumph Tiger 900 Gt Pro from Youles Manchester and dealt with Gary. Top class service and more than happy with my new bike. Lovely shop with helpful staff and a cracking coffee! See you at my 1st service next month.

My experience is completely at odds with most of the other reviews. I can only think that the latter relate solely to the buying experience.
They promised me a new bike with a PDI, 1 year tax and a full tank of petrol. Pretty simple. The reality was that there is no evidence of the PDI having taken place ( it’s all on line sir - but it isn’t), the fuel gauge showed less than 1/4 ( Philip Youle subsequently told me they put enough petrol to get you home…) DVLA had no record of the bike being taxed when I got home.
I booked the 600 mile service and payed £230 up front thinking this must be the Honda price and include things I couldn’t do like can chain and tappet adjustment. They did NOT say what was involved. I subsequently found out that the Honda 600 miles service consists of 4 parts - link to diagnostics. adjust chain, oil and filter. By their own admission They didn’t do the first two. So £230 for oil and filter.
There are other things they haven’t done, that should have been in the PDI, but they just brush these off.
I am leaving this review to advise others to make sure what they are paying for and to check it has been done before parting with hard earned money.

Just picked up my BMW R18 from Youles Blackburn, been a few times over the last 2 or 3 years, originally looking for a 2.3 Rocket 3 but when I saw the R18 I had to have it. Great service every time I went in, all staff are great, always ready to get a coffee for me and my wife. Extra special thanks to Mark, really pleasant and very helpful, took his time to explain everything and made the whole experience a joy, I would definitely recommend Mark and Youles every time.

5 Star plus rating for Youles Blackburn. The service I received was outstanding from Royce. No pressure and very helpful with advice on the bike I purchased. I’d highly recommend Youles Blackburn. I shall definitely be back for the services and a few bits in th e future. Keep up the great work. Gord
Excellent service from Jonny when I had a small problem after 2 days with my 1200Seed Twin also the service girls and mechanics soon had it sorted. Very professional and helpful, well pleased with my purchase thank you Youles
Excellent customer service and workmanship. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love this dealership. Had a problem with the engine Management light coming on, on my 2024 T100. Fixed it but then they noticed the clocks had a problem (something I hadn't noticed). They sorted by ordering and fitting new clocks, all on warranty. Kept me updated throughout. I can't praise the folks enough, from the Young lady and gent on the service desk, to the mechanics who worked on the bike. Thanks Youles. Frank
I use the Blackburn shop, which has great value bike storage - insured - over winter. Have my bikes serviced here, would buy a motorcycle anytime, staff are friendly and keen on biking. Nice chill zone upstairs, loads of kit & accessories on sale too.

One star rating is to much. Took my Triumph Speed Triple 1200rs there for a 40000 mile service. Hasn't done anywhere near that milage but I wanted the big service. Had that done, Front fork seals replaced and brake fluid topped up. Asked if they could put my heat shield back on as I didn't have the bolt. They had it for four days and I paid just over £1300 for the pleasure. Picked my bike up and though I didn't expect it to be spotless I was surprised to see it (especially the tank) covered in oily fingerprints. Plus they hadn't put the heat shield on. When I asked the "technician" about this he said that I'm better leaving it of. Five minutes into riding it home my low battery warning came on. They'd drained my brand new battery and not recharged it. Then I noticed loads of smoke coming from my engine. It stopped pretty quickly. Got it home and locked it up. Came out the next morning and there was a nice patch of oil under my bike. They are meant to check for leaks after putting the engine back together. The smoke that came of my bike after leaving there was leaked oil that had acumilated from the cam gasket that hadn't been put together properly. They told me that it was a pinch in the gasket. Took it back they had it another week. Had to take another day of work to take it there. Got it back its running a bit flat in track mode. Almost like it's in the same mode as road. Just took it for a spin and the heat shield came of of one end span round in the other direction and nearly had me of. Burnt my hand on the exhaust pipe trying to get it back round. Which I had no choice to do as I was stuck on the side of a busy road. Now going to have to take the bike somewhere else to get it on a diagnostic to see why it's running like it is. No confidence in the bike as I'm worried what else they've done to it. Honestly wouldn't take a push bike there to get the tyres pumped up after this. Fuming and seeking legal advise. Only issue I had with my bike before they got there hands on it was that the heat shield came of.

I am surprised by the amount of good feedback that has been written.I will never do a long distance trade exchange again!!!started off okay but then 4 weeks later and 14 phone calls to chase each step of the way later I finally got my bike.bike is very nice but has a throttle fault (well known for the bike)so I phoned after sales to see what could be done, but I got the impression they thought I couldn’t ride a bike and was doing it myself,as usual I got “will speak to someone and CALL YOU BACK “DTF call you back.out of sight out of mind.getting my own local mechanic to sort it.terrible service.
Bought transalp 750 from youles manchester and had amazing service. Harrison spoke to me about the bike, explained the process, and arranged for the bike to be delivered within 2 days. Having not seen the bike in person before buying, i was worried, but it all went really well and im out and about, enjoying my new toy. Thanks, Paul
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude and unhelpful. The owner is especially obnoxious. Avoid!
Second bike I’ve bought from Youles and I couldn not speak highly enough about the whole experience. The staff at both the Blackburn and Manchester dealerships deserve more than the five stars I’ve left. A special mention to Jordan at Manchester and Adam at Blackburn who I could happily chat with all day, and last but definitely not least Jason at Blackburn who went above and beyond. Thank you.
Worst service ever had buying a bike, got a Africa twin delivered from Youles Honda Manchester, once delivered I noticed white overspray all over the bike, wheels had been painted, worried that the bike could possibly be damage/repaired, spoke with Joe ( one of the directors ) who wasn’t interested in trying to sort out the situation. Would seriously be careful if buying a used bike from Youles, I am currently looking at legal action against them.
