Inspires antisocial individuals. Can’t sleep or work in my own house without my awful neighbours causing me problems, it has affected my mental health and caused me immense stress.

My wife and I have used hands off properties multiple times now. They do an excellent job at helping people like us. Our circumstances took us away from derby so we were thrilled when Simon and his team were able to help with the refurb and the management of our houses. This whole journey has been totally stress free. A complete hands off experience just as they promise. They have filled our property with great tenants and look after the houses like their own. Highly recommend!!

They don't just rent to professionals, they rent to whoever they can get. They buy up family homes and convert them into HMOs, via a loophole in local planning laws. They then rent these HMOs to whoever they can get and this has caused a lot of social problems for all those neighbouring family homes. Our community have had to set up a private Social Media group in order to document the social problems around us, caused by this company's indiscriminate conversion of family homes in family areas into HMOs. We had to do this in order to provide evidence to the local council, who requested such evidence so that they can look into the activities of this company. This is ongoing.

where the "entrepreneur" owner openly boasts about making £1000s and getting rich from other people's property. Nowhere do they mention the impact that his activities have on the community and families.
Please don't sell your family home to this company.

They don’t place the properties with professionals who are vetted but instead put some of the properties onAirbnb. Misleading when you check out the website for this company and the claims made.

We have been working with hands off properties for a few years now. We do alot of work for property maintenance company's. This is far the best we have worked with. Great communication and property's are kept to fantastic standards unlike some other Hmo's we enter. If I have any issues when I get to site they are swiftly dealt with so works can commence. If I was looking for a place I would most certainly give Simon a call!

We usually rent our properties to students, but as one of our HMO's did not become available until the middle of the year, whereby students had already reserved their accommodation, Simon stepped in and put Bombardier staff into the property really quickly.

Simon manages all aspects of our HMO property. He is a very personable and professional gentleman who is experienced in his role; with a passion for properties and delivers a first-class service.
