Delivery was on time and service was good. Good price too.

Would’ve been 5 star but it took 3.5 weeks to take the 1st payment, no option for contact only if oil wasn’t delivered.

First time customer with NRG, efficient ordering and delivery service and a competitive price

We experienced a serious service and billing issue with Your NRG Ltd relating to a heating oil delivery to my elderly father (account 1205377).

On 20/04/2026, an incorrect delivery was made to a neighbouring property, and £602.28 was taken from my father’s Mastercard after the supplier had been notified of the error. A further correct delivery was made on 22/04/2026, but the billing and account handling remained confusing and inconsistent, requiring multiple follow-ups to resolve.

Although the company later issued internal adjustments and a credit note, the initial payment had already been taken and the handling of the issue caused significant distress to a vulnerable 90-year-old customer.

A £20 goodwill credit was later offered, which I do not consider proportionate to the impact of the issue and the inconvenience caused.

Communication throughout the process has been unclear at times, and I am currently seeking review through appropriate consumer protection channels.
