First time using this form . They sent text message giving date only.. driver came at 06.30 & we were all securely locked. He left message saying unable to deliver.
I phoned and got a woman with an “attitude” . I explained that if I had been told it could be early delivery time I would have left gates open. She insisted that because I had a date texted then that was good enough, some drivers start at 5 am. No apology for not informing me in advance that delivery times could be early. Now awaiting new delivery date!!

Good price quickly delivered

Some confusion about my payment this time , but otherwise I find them a decent company .
Mostly their ordering system says my postcode is not right , I’ve lived at the same house for 40 years!!

Buying oil during a crisis can be fraught, but the NRG experience was 'business as usual' and this included the approach to pricing, which somehow did not smack of the profiteering that some of the competitors were indulging in, instead pricing was reasonable and fair given the volatility. This felt very reputable. Oil arrived on the stated date, even though prices had risen since. I did not receive any updates or pre-delivery notifications and had to ring on the day. However, the operator answered almost immediately and knew the status of my order without me having to state any details at all, which felt properly 21st century... Delivery arrived at the stated time. There was confusion over whether my order included Blueburn (which I had ordered) and the driver had to contact the office for confirmation. Otherwise friendly and professional service. So the couple of minors above make this a 4* and would otherwise have been a 5* experience.

Quick efficient service from ordering to delivery. Best on pricing over others, saved £200 on my order from previous quotes which was incredible. Delivery time was quicker than expected. Polite Delivery driver. Excellent experience will definitely use next time as my go to supplier.

Competitive prices, delivery on or before quoted date, office staff helpful and drivers pleasant and polite. What more could one wish for.

Have had a couple of orders from your NRG and found the whole experience first class. We were running a little low when one afternoon poped into my inbox was an email saying the price of oil had dropped by 15pence per litre. What other oil company, does this. They quoted us a couple of weeks, but arrived well before then. They take your card details,but you dont pay a penny until your oil has been delivered. The Delivery Drivers were so lovely and chatty. Give them a try you will be well pleased. Thanks your NRG keep doing what your very good at. Pam Wood

Good prices but a little slow on delivery compared to other companies

The price we paid was significantly less than any other rate we could find from other suppliers or from the village 'Oil Club'. The oil was delivered on time
