Took forever to receive item even though I pd for expedited shipping. Then it was the wrong size, they won't do a return or refund. Obviously drop ship junk from mainland China (from shipping info), there are many fake storefront sites like this being used by same company (mine was getnamenecklace.com).

I received a golf shoe bag which was personalised for my husband from Trading Passion Ltd. What a rip off, it was a cheap nasty plastic bag which he will not use. I wish I could send it back and get my £25 back - never again total waste of money

This company is a scam. I am trying to get my money back. I thought I was ordering something and it turned out I had lost money to this company.

They lied on us no product no money back

Ordered a Flix Filter plug for £15. On 22nd Dec 2023. Today is 10th Jan. Looked legit website. Had a confirmation email. Now nothing. No plug delivered and no response to my emails or online contact form asking where my order is. Apparently they dispatch orders within 2-3 days and it comes direct from supplier to keep prices low. Clearly a scam as no response. Paid via Mastercard so will try to get refunded via them. Wish I had come to Trustpilot first… what a donut I am…

No stars. They have literally robbed me. I cancelled this subscription straight away after realisung my mistake. They said 14 days to cancel and Took a sub scription charge of £24. Bloody robbers.

Tried to return 2 plugs which did not did my sink, which seems like a legitimate reason. but they refused to accept the return or provide a refund. Disgusting traders

I am a 75 year old woman with no plumbing skills and it was not until I received the plugs that I saw the problem. I purchased the items in good faith, influenced by their 30 day returns policy.

What a rip off. Thought I’d ordered a Santa sack for my grandson and the tiniest pouch arrived - barely big enough to fit a mobile phone.😡

I had same issues, brought a membership. Canceled before the 3 day period thinking it was done then another top up after I cancel. My bank told me emailed them and blocked my card. Did anyone get their money refunded.

Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!! do not purchase from this company. I purchased what I thought was a dog bed but no email received to confirm order and now they have taken further amounts for a membership I didn't agree to. Absolutely fuming. Hopefully bank can sort out.

Made an order for a pet bed on the 26th and was seemingly sold a subscription/membership plan instead they then tried to take a further £38.30 from my account days later which luckily my bank declined due to it flagging with the fraud team.
They then bang on about their terms and conditions which is a blatant disregard for consumer rights and the law.

Scam artists - they say you are buying a bed from the advert, but you're actually paying upfront for membership, then 3 days later they will take another £40 from you and no product just a membership to the scam site.

This business is evil. I want all my details deleted from these thieves immediately

This company was promoted by Instagram. They took money and no goods delivered and website is gone.

Ordered back in December 2020, still have not got product... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! EMAIL no longer exists, original page is gone.

I ordered something on 12/17/20, and still have not received it. I have sent several emails, and have never received a response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If I could give less of a rating I would. What a scam ordered 2 Christmas lights for outdoor. Order placed Dec 12 they say shipped Dec 17 not responsible for shipping problems. I have emailed over 10 times no response. Now email no longer exists. What the hell. Made in China I suppose. Almost 1 month no merchandise. Called credit card company for refund. Do not buy!!!!
